JR鳥取駅、バスターミナルから近いので何かと便利です。コンビニも近いです。部屋はセミダブルでゆったりと眠れます。音漏れするかな？と思いましたが、静かでした。USBポートもあるので便利でした。大雨の中チェックインしましたが、フロントでタオルを渡して下さり、ありがたかったです。

Nearby to almost every tourist needed. Less than 5 minutes walk from Tottori station, nearby shopping malls, eateries, cafe, ramen shops, etc. And the most amazing thing is there's sento inside ( and the massage chair as well), included in hotel facilities. Pajamas provided. Will definetely stay here when in Tottori. Coin laundry, vending machine also inside the hotel, too

鳥取に行った時、カニ尽くしコースを楽しむため、友人と共に宿泊しました。鳥取県のズワイカニは、兵庫県のようにブランド化していないので、若干他の地域より割安と聞いていた事も頭にありました。 この宿を選んだのは、カニ尽くしコースの値段が他の宿と比べて若干安かった事、クチコミの評価が割合高かった事、それに鳥取駅から徒歩圏で源泉掛け流し温泉がある事が、主な選択理由でした。 客室は新しい「白水館」の方を選びました。こちらですと部屋食となるようです。現地で建物の内外を見た限り、部屋食に特に拘りが無ければ「玄水亭」の方でも充分かもしれません。ただ、「玄水亭」は階段の上り下りが必要です。 駐車場にクルマを停めてチェックイン。駐車場は市街地にあるためか、区画ごとの幅が狭いです。最近の車幅の広いＳＵＶ車だとギリギリでしょう。これは致し方ありません。 接客応対は極めて丁寧です。また当方がどの地域から来てどんなプランを予約しているかを、受付の男性は予め把握していたようで、受付の際にそれを伝えるなど、接客のきめ細かさが光りました。 部屋に案内され、ひと休みした後温泉へ。鯉が多数泳ぐ池を隔てた反対側に温泉棟があります。またこれとは別に、宿泊者なら空いていれば入れる貸切風呂が２つあります。 温泉の泉質名は塩化物・硫酸塩泉。やや茶褐色をしたお湯で、匂いはさほどせず、とろみも殆どありません。癖の無い誰でも入れる泉質です。貸切風呂も同じ泉質のようでした。成分分析表が簡略板しか掲示されていなかったので、断言はできませんが。 温泉棟には係員の人が常駐しています。２つある浴室は男女入替方式です。向かって右側の浴室の方が、露天風呂は広いです。左側の浴室の露天風呂は、庭園を重視した造りでした。内湯はどちらも同じ位の大きさでした。 貸切風呂は、翌朝２つあるうち露天風呂の方だけ入りました。木桶でできた１～２名サイズの浴槽が外にあり、個人的にはここが一番居心地が良かったです。 部屋食のカニ尽くし夕食は満足のひと言でした。茹でガニに始まり、色々と趣向を変えたカニ料理が続々と、これでもか！といった感じで出てきます。最後は新たなカニを投入したカニ雑炊で締め、満腹となりました。 料理の味付けも良かったですし、担当の仲居さんもショービジネスに徹しているようなユーモア溢れる方で、雑炊を作りながら色々面白い話を聞かせて頂き、大変満足しました。 翌朝の朝食は食事処で。こちらは一般的な内容の高級旅館の朝食でしたが、味付けは良かったです。 カニ尽くしコースの料金は正直安くは無かったですが、前述したように他の宿のコースと比較すれば、リーズナブルな価格設定でした。また実際に出てきた料理内容を考えると、妥当と思える価格設定でした。 接客応対のきめ細かさが随所に見られる宿でした。こういう宿は選んで間違いないと思います。再び鳥取に出向く機会が有れば、宿泊したいと思いました。

ホテル到着後駐車場の場所がわからなくてフロントへ行って確認をすると、ホテルの裏側に立体駐車場があることがわかりました。駐車場は先着順で、すでに裏側では数台が待っており、待っている時間が勿体なかったので、車は家族にお願いし、先にチェックインをしに行きましたがそちらも並んでおり..フロントでは全てのスタッフさんが接客対応されておりましが、回転率は悪く感じました。 ツインの客室は狭さを感じますが、小学生以下の添い寝無料は大変助かります。 スーパーのイオンまで歩いて行けたのと、砂丘までも２０分くらいの距離で立地はよかったと思います。

Very clean rooms, good location. But the parking lots is a bit limited space, should come early to get the car park

I stayed for two nights in top floor accommodation. The bedroom and bathroom were very compact, but well-designed with a practical small desk/table, lots of power sockets as well as cable options for connecting and charging devices, a clock, small fridge, hanging space, long mirror, humidifier and small tv (no safe). Wi-fi was good. The bed was comfortable. I had quite a nice view of mountains, city buildings and a canal with attractive red bridge, albeit the window had a non-removable criss-cross wire screen. It was good to have half the bin for recycling of bottles and cans, as many Japanese hotels don't have that. I appreciated the complimentary bath salts and cosmetic packs, which had a range of inclusions with hair treatment and facial cleansers as well as shampoo and conditioner (big bottles of those in the capsule-like bathroom also). There was also a complimentary breakfast, but unfortunately I couldn't try that as the hours were limited, and the first morning I was so tired after a series of very short sleeps that I had to sleep in, while the second morning I had to catch a very early train. I liked the self-check-out. The first night was very windy and aerials or something were rattling on the roof all night, but the second night was quiet. It's always an advantage to have a coin laundry. The staff were lovely, but note the reception desk is only open for fixed hours. The hotel is in a great position, really close to the JR station and within walking distance of the central shopping district, eateries, the castle site, and various temples and shrines. From the station you can catch a bus or taxi to the sand dunes (or it's a one-hour walk). I'd have preferred more space, and not sure how two people would get on in the same room, but this is a good value hotel, and for what it offers, it does well.

Check in 時給的床位竟是沒有打掃完畢的. 換了床位是降階的. 女生專屬樓層廁所浴室只有兩間,但床位有15個以上. 環境狹小, 空氣不流通. 有一台洗烘機,洗一次500日圓130分鐘(50分鐘洗80分鐘烘). 一樓是公共活動區, 每日一杯房客免費飲品. 地點距離巴士總站很近, 算是加分, 但附近沒有便利商店, 只能在鳥取站裡的7-11 買.

This a very nice hotel with spacious rooms good aircon (controlled in room) and nice desk fittings. But why no coffee in the room? The bathroom is far too high off the floor and awkward to get in and out. The shower will not remain in its holder and the toilet is so cramped against the wash basin that the lid cannot retract correctly. Good value for money and plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

朝食付き、夕食無しのプランでの予約でしたので、到着時のスタッフさんが丁寧に近くの食事ができる場所や営業状況を説明してくれて道の駅の場所やコンビニエンスストアの場所マップをチェックしてくれました 朝食の献立も良かった、担当スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。

Discovered this place by accident on a hotel booking site. This place is mainly for the locals as English is not used here. Fortunately, a staff member could speak a little English to help with our check-in. Goggle translate really helped in our communication. The place is not too far from Tottori Station. We had to retrack as we had walked past it without noticing it - the sign on the building was in Japanese. The place is a traditional Japanese Inn in every sense. The best part is the use of the private onsen bath for the guest. Available for use anytime between 4pm to 8.30am, one just needs to check if it is available, turn the sign to indicate that it is being occupied and then use it in full privacy. Great for couples, families or anyone who is shy to bathe in the public onsen. We chose to have the breakfast , in the dining area, on the second morning. What a colour feast for the eyes. Just need to let the staff know early if you want to have their breakfast during the stay. Definitely worth the price paid for the 2 nights stay here.
