Really nice conditions and reception. The room is very comfortable as well as the rest of the apartment. I really recommend this place and I will return soon. really nice location There are many restaurants near the apartment

The room was nice and comfortable, but there was some issue with the fridge, which was occassionally making a lot of noise (I wasn't using it at all), and it woke me up 4 times during the night. Also, the heating did not work as it should, so I was shivering with cold in the evening while in the room. They said I can get additional cover, but that the heating cannot be fixed, as all the rooms are taken.

This place offers a clean, modern, comfortable room - for a traveler without an automobile. It is located in the middle of a college campus and it is operated as though it is intended to instruct students in the hospitality business. But the campus is surrounded by challenging, skinny, mostly one-way streets. So don’t expect to pull up to the hotel front door - there is none on the street. You’ll have to find a place to park your car and walk into the campus to get a key and garage door fob - a task that is exceedingly difficult, particularly after dark. And, to check out, you’ll again have to find parking on the street before returning the fob, since the garage door does not open automatically when approached from the inside. So, in order to park in the hotel garage, you’ll have to park your car on the street at least twice, coming and going. Finally, as with many university dorm rooms, there is no air conditioning, only heating.

I was very surprised, the rooms are very comfortable, with a cooking area. Nice reception with working and relaxing areas inside and also outside. 24/24 open, near the centre ( 10 min walk). Very helpful and professional staff.

Brand new aparthotel in a hip neighborhood in Toulouse.

Hôtel très peu dispendieux et au rapport qualité-prix impeccable. Très tranquille. De l'extérieur, on ne croirait jamais qu'il se cache ce petit hôtel dans l'enceinte de l'université!

Arrivée à partir de 14h acceptée Chambre au calme, dans une résidence avec verdure, Sdb, lits, coin cuisine irréprochables et proche du Stadium pour match de foot . 20 min environ à pieds Très bonne expérience, à refaire car centre ville également à 15 min à pieds, place du Capitol

bon emplacement, propreté et accueil parfaits, confort haut de gamme, calme et petit déjeuner très bon et varié

Hôtel bien situé: centre ville, magasins, restaurants et station métro à proximité, juste à quelques pas. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Les chambres très propres et bien équipées et la literie confortable. Je le recommande vivement!
