Absolutely fantastic hotel, staff and location. Walk out the front door and onto one of the bridges straight unti the city center. We're travelling in France for 3 weeks and thiS is the best hotel yet.

Second séjour dans cet hôtel. Toujours au top niveau, studio et parties communes agréables. Équipe sympa et efficace. Petit bémol cette fois ci : demandez un studio loin de l’ascenseur pour éviter d’entendre la machinerie le soir et au petit matin.

Travelled to Toulouse in business this is very well located to the centre of Toulouse so makes it a great base for tourists as well. I had a pull down bed in my room which was absolutely not a problem for me, room was spacious and well equipped kitchen. Great breakfast and will definitely stay again.

This hotel is a real gem. It looks and feels brand new. The location is scenic, quiet and convenient. A 5 minute walk will take you to the metro stop or the bridge to walk into the city centre. The local area has plenty of restaurants, shops and sites. The staff are very friendly and thoughtful. The layout of the apar**ents is the most practical one I have seen yet. The hallway has 4 doors: one to the toilet with a wash basin, one to the bathbub/shower and sink, one to the bedroom and the last to the living room. The living room and bedroom are separated by sliding doors which do a good job of noise blocking. Overall as a party of 3 adults we all felt like we had privacy and space. The hotel is immaculately clean. Overall it's a fantastic place to stay!

This new hotel is a gem. Great staff and excellent facilities. We found two superb restaurants in the area and loved the availability of a laundry and breakfast if we wanted but the facilities offered all we needed. Not a single mid-step here.

The Aparthotel Adagio Toulouse Centre La Grave is a new hotel, located along the eastern edge of a recently constructed apar**ent building. My room was spotless--even the stove and microwave were clean! Breakfast was fine for an apar**ent hotel. Staff members were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is located in St-Cyprien, right across the Garonne River from the center of Toulouse. The area is unambiguously walkable, and there's a Métro stop (along with grocery stores and restaurants) maybe 200 m away. The hotel's excellent location was responsible for the one problem I encountered. The Pont St-Pierre at the end of the street is pedestrian-and-cyclist only between May and October, and, on Friday and Saturday nights, there was a constant stream of noisy, apparently drunken people making an impressive amount of noise on the street below until maybe 3 in the morning. I was able to mitigate the problem by closing the window, so this turned out to be a minor issue. (The fact that the windows are openable was otherwise a positive feature.) The hotel turned out to be an excellent place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful apar**ent, the whole experience, location and staff were faultless. Could not recommend more highly. Brilliant access to the city. We had three small children and it was super central yet peaceful.
