Convenient location in city center Comportable place

Great location. Good stay in every way

Everything with the hotel is excellent. Check in staff and house keeping are nice. One thing needs consideration is to resume provisions of bath mat in the shower room. Its a safety measurements. The bath tub is slippery when the shower is on. Amenities like toothpaste, tooth brush, slippers could be saved but safety measurements could not be sacrifice.

The hotel is very close to Toulouse train station, about a 10-15 minute walk along a straight road, making it convenient for getting around. Located next to the City Hall Square, it's in a lively and bustling area with restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby, and attractions are all within walking distance. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are quite spacious, with a kettle and a complimentary minibar. The only issue is that, perhaps due to its location in a busy area, it can get quite noisy at night. We stayed three nights, and it was very noticeable the first night, but much better the following two nights. We recommend bringing earplugs. The breakfast was quite good! The hotel interior is stylish and beautiful.

The air conditioning isn't working; the hotel is slowly falling apart. Something urgent needs to be done. On the other hand, the staff is really responsive and finds solutions to every problem.

The hotel is very well located, the staff's attention was incredible but unfortunately the room did not meet our expectations. The room did not look like the photos at all, the floor is carpeted but due to the time, the dirt and stains are very visible and it is quite unpleasant especially if you go with children who have to crawl or barely walk, the shower bathtub was not completely clean and the windows had all the edges full of dirt that had not been cleaned a long time ago. The breakfast buffet was what we liked the least: the fruit was not fresh, the bread was hard, there was not much variety of fresh fruit, the sausages and other products that should be hot were cold or very reheated, I recommend having breakfast in the surrounding area because there are interesting options.

First of all it is important to know that the floor outside and inside the rooms is completely covered with dirty carpet. In the corridors you can smell bad sewer smell. The mattresses are broken, uncomfortable pillows. Safe in the room broken with dirty black socks from previous guests inside. The third bed is an uncomfortable sofa used as a bed, not ready when we arrived even though we had booked for 3.

Too expensive for what it is, free mini bar in the room...but there is only water! The minimum at this price is to have drinks...
