Lo mejor el personal super amable te ayudan en todo tanto Tess,como Benjamin como todos los que nos atendieron .Habitación amplia y limpia y puedes ir caminando a todas partes.Un gran hotel y personal de 10 calidad precio estupendo y muy muy recomendable.Cerca hay Rtes, parada Bus,sitios donde desayunar muy completo.Volveria alojarme en el mismo lugar.

We arrived at Le Clocher de Rodez via taxi from the airport. Don't be alarmed if the meter shows a fixed fare from the start of your journey - this is normal from the airport. The taxi fare was 35 euros plus a 5 euro supplement. Also be aware that some airport taxis don't have credit card facilities so have some cash handy however, there is also an airport shuttle bus that stops right outside of the hotel which is cheaper. We stayed at Le Clocher de Rodez twice due to its close proximity to the train station (an easy walk with a suitcase). We stayed in room 121 first and then 218 next time. Both rooms were very spacious with spacious bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable with large beds. Room 121 was an inside facing room so was very quiet whilst 218 faced the street and caught a lot of late night street noise however, it did have internal doors that could be closed to reduce the noise. The television settings can be adjusted to different languages. The location is excellent - very close to the main street and within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Many bars, restaurants and shops close by. There is a small night market right next door which is handy. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Maps were freely available at the front desk. There is a free city loop bus that stops right out the front - it goes every 15 minutes and takes about 50 minutes - great way to familiarise yourself with the city and to get you closer to attractions if walking is an issue.

We got an excellent deal on this property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I hadn't realised it was next to the bus station but it was quiet and safe. It was easy to walk to the centre - 10 mins - and lots of restaurants and cafés in the immediate area. We had a double room (king size bed) and modern ensuite. Hotel was comfortable and excellent value for money. I would stay again.

It’s near the train station, loads of restaurants, shops around. Lots of choices for continental breakfast, comfortable bed and clean room. All the staff are very helpful, excellent serviceWill recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

My wife and I traveled to Toulouse to visit a granddaughter that was studying there for a semester. We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel, however when we were there, we enjoyed the breakfast each morning. We do not speak much French; however we did not have any problems communicating as all the staff we spoke to spoke English. The hotel staff we met were pleasant and professional. They were attentive to our needs and answered the questions we had quite knowledgeably. Our room was clean and comfortable while we were at the hotel. If we were ever to return to Toulouse, I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The property is badly maintained. Elevator is like the ones for warehouses. The breakfast very poor. Rooms too small and badly maintained. The receptionist very rude. Theoors are squeaking. The three star rating is overrated by 5 five stars. Never never again
