Résidence Hôtelière Central Parc Tours

I had a fabulous 5-night stay at Central Parc Tours. Everything was excellent. Info for check-in (entrance code, key retrieval) was well-detailed in both English and French. The apar**ent that I rented (Tilleul Argente) is perfect for solo travelers. The suite was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the modern amenities (fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) were all handy. The view from the windows into Jardin des Prebendes was spectacular. Location was great. The building is in a quiet residential area but is only a 15-minute walk to either Vieux Tours or the train station. There are also a few bus stops nearby (#s 2 and 10 at Boisdenier/Grammont and #4 at Duplessis). Supermarkets, boulangeries, shops, and a few restaurants are within walking distance as well.

Apart from we had a problem checking in when we arrived late at 7:30pm and the staff are off from work already. We called the hotline and the problem is solved by the patient staff teaching us how to do self-check-in step by step. and later on we found out that they have actually sent us an email beforehand teaching how to self-check-in. so, dont forget to check your email if you gonna arrive after 6pm. everything else is perfect! clean and neat and tidy, as comfy as your own home! highly recommended!

The unique apar**ents were so nicely maintained. Super clean throughout the building. I also felt safe in the area.

This is the ideal place for a stay in Tours. The rooms are clean with all equipemnt needed for a very comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, few minutes walk from the heart of the city and what a wonderfull park just in from of the hotel! We were given fantastic help and information for visting Tours and got supportive help to chose the castle to visit within our stay. Highly recommended place! we will return for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and our apar**ent. It was fully appointed with everything we might need. Naeme was amazing in communicating before and during our stay. She gave great recommendations, shared tips with us and arranged a taxi back to the train station. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the Tours or Lourie Valley area!

The property is lovely, charming and very clean. The AC worked well and kept us nice and cool each night. The park across the street is really beautiful and is a wonderful shortcut on your walk to the town centre. The young lady who manages the apar**ents could not be more warm and welcoming…if only every person in the hospitality industry was as wonderfully kind and helpful!! You’d be missing out if you don’t book your stay here.

One of the most beautiful and comfortable accomodations I have experienced. Perfect location and area for exploring the city with a gorgeous view of the Jardins Du Prébendes. Helpful and accomodating stuff when small issues arise. Definitely on my return stay list.

I spent five nights in the Silver Linden studio apar**ent and loved it. The Central Parc and the apar**ent surpassed my expectations - and I am quite particular about accommodations. The apar**ent was extremely clean and comfortable, and was decorated with thoughtfulness and style. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home - there was even a salad spinner and bottled water. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious. The apar**ent has very large windows that overlook a beautiful and tranquil park. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, which was very appreciated during a July heatwave. The Central Parc is in a lovely historic mansion and employs very helpful staff members to assist guests with check in, check out, etc., during the day. The Central Parc is an easy 10 minute walk to Tours' charming historic center. There is also plentiful street parking, making it a very convenient home base for touring the Loire Valley. I'm looking forward to making a return visit!

Perfect apart-hotel. Great location, modern, well fitted-out, check-in and check-out really easy and the bedroom was lovely. 10/10 for the cleanliness and comfort.
