Great location as it is next to the Tourism Office. Clean room and the bed was comfortable.

酒店就在火車站旁邊（步行三分鐘） 附近有小超市和餐廳 很方便 就是酒店相對簡樸 一應用品都要自備（有燒水壺 紙杯 毛巾 吹風機） 餐廳品種比較少 但乾淨衞生 總體而言還是不錯的

Petit déjeuner très copieux . Chambres assez grande , propre. La gare de tours a 2 pas idéal pour prendre le train tôt le matin . Recommande vivement

Poor hotel one side train station platform the other side a dual carriageway. No air con so you had to open windows very noisy affected your sleep . People shouting at night rough area around train station with youths hanging around Restaurant and bar closed all weekend as it is a business hotel awful. My fridge did not work only one small bin in bathroom nothing in bedroom. My room not cleaned first night. A glass left for days with milk in it turned to yoghurt not replenished with tea bags The only staff on sat and sun was a young lad early 20s the reception is not as it is shown in the picture Not a 4 star hotel restaurant like a snack bar drinks bar not open but looks like a sports club bar. None of the extras you expect for paying 4 star money so beware if your tour company have not told you and check with them as you are paying for a 2 star rubbish hotel in my opinion.

Good welcome, actually very good recommendations about where to eat. Convenient underground parking. Comfortable bedroom with excellent and quiet air conditioning. Breakfast was nice and quite a bit of choice. Super central location

Nice comfortable modern hotel, very good breakfast, bacon and scrambled eggs were excellent, but there is a large choice of fruits/pastrys/cold meats and cheeses. Staff we spoke to were nice, rooms were clean and comfortable, Wifi was awful on the second floor and the reception staff were unwilling to help, but I believe it was okay on other floors. Great location, nect to station, and convenient for the town centre, and lots of nice bars and restaurants.

We were found this hotel by a lovely and very kind taxi driver after our car had broken down. The gentleman on reception (not sure of his name but he seemed to be the night reception) was very understanding and gave us a snack to take to our room followed by a much needed beer each. The room was perfect for my husband, myself and our little dog Rosie. Nice coffee, nice shower, very quiet and the mattress was extremely comfortable for the 3 of us! The housekeeping lady who was a few rooms away was more than happy to replenish our coffee ect. Thank you. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Pierre and the female receptionist and the gentleman at night very much for the directions, help and understanding of what had been a very stressful time for us. A good nights sleep followed by an extensive breakfast choice and a hot shower made our stay very comfortable. Thank you all very much Ray & Lara Osborne

Air conditioning in comfortable rooms. Let down by lax refreshing of tea and coffee stuff and no service at the bar all weekend. Breakfast mediocre but ok if you like tinned fruit and greasy bacon. Really a business hotel, tourists seen as inconvenience for minimal staffing..

The hotel itself is located centrally and we were able to park right outside which we were thankful for. The receptionist was kind but it just felt that there weren't enough people working at this large facility. The room was ok, very basic. Met out needs for the evening but nothing I would book for a longer stay. The bathroom was a bit odd with the shower opening being towards the sink. The breakfast was ok.

Good points: large rooms, plenty of storage, air conditioning, quiet despite the fact it's next to the station, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. Bad points: no milk, very unreliable WiFi, restaurant closed Saturday and Sunday, bar closed permanently, serving staff clearly rushed off their feet and very slow service. Unexciting menu, but great burger and fries. Considering the price and the four star rating, we expected better.

The hotel well located I m a gold member but because I was in a group they were reluctant to give me my complimentary drink. Service poor .bar closed we were a group so had to sit in reception..under staff?????why. Very poor for novotel...

Hotel central was good in that respect Lack of staff only 1 person for a big hotel Bar not open had to drink in reception not ideal. Breakfast ok. Lack of staff main problem...spoke French staff need to be more friendly just even say bonjour....
