Loved the breakfast room situated in an old cave and the fact that there is an elevator. We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the help from the front desk.

A quiet little hotel tucked away in a side street only a few minutes walk from the stunning cathedral and a few minutes further from the Rue Colbert which is full of bars and restaurants. Parking is available in the tiny courtyard by pre-booking. I received a friendly welcome and was directed to a room on the third floor at the top of the building which was small but completely adequate for a solo traveller. Without air conditioning the room was hot and stuffy but keeping the electric fan on all night made it quite acceptable. Decent continental breakfast.

This is a perfect small hotel for visiting in and around Tours. There is also secure parking at extra cost. It is a no frills hotel but the facilities are adequate and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are en suite. The breakfast is served in the cellar of the basement. They serve a continental breakfast but no other meals as they only offer bed and breakfast but the hotel is in easy walking distance of restaurants and the old part of Tours.

Tours is notorious for poor hotel parking so we telephoned this hotel prior to booking to confirm that parking was available, which they confirmed, so we booked a non refundable room rate at the hotel only to receive an email with the confirmation of booking that there was no parking available! We telephoned to query this and was treated to a very angry women who was not prepared to discuss the fact that we had previously telephoned to confirm the parking availability insisting there would be no parking for us upon arrival. Booking .com kindly managed to arrange a full credit for the hotel's failure to honour the contract. Beware as the hotel was still advertising parking availability for accommodation on the same day we had booked.
