Really wish we could have stayed here longer! We had 1 night in a very well-equipped, spacious T4 apartment. A balcony would have made it perfect! The secure underground parking was a particular attraction when staying in a city. We walked into town and enjoyed exploring the old town, the river banks and generally soaking up the atmosphere. There is a bakery about 10 minutes walk away if you don't want to pay 11 euros per person for breakfast. There is also an Auchan supermarket about 10 minutes in the opposite direction over the pedestrian railway bridge. Although the hotel overlooks the railway, soundproofing is excellent. Would definitely recommend this place whether travelling by rail or car.

Idéalement situé proche de la gare et du centre ville, dans une rue calme proche des commerces, cet endroit regroupe une résidence étudiante et une partie résidence d'affaires ou de court séjour. Accueil souriant et convivial, bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. Par contre, chambre sale, mal entretenue, manquait pas mal d'ustensiles de cuisine et enfin, douche avec rideau plastique, peu propice aux règles d'hygiène actuelles.

Booked for one night with breakfast and ended up staying two nights. Perfect Hotel for myself and partner. Breakfast was lovely and good parking Room spacious. We had a lovely stay and wish we could stay another night. We didnt use the restaurant as it wasnt for us personal choice but used the fast food places not too far away. The nearby Tram will take you into the town centre for 3 euro return. Hope to come again. The room has tea and coffee facilities and worth bringing some milk to put in fridge and use for hot drinks. Quite funny as folks in next room were having late night romping. Lots of screaming and moaning. Finally stopped at 1am in the morning.

I am lucky that my company is moving away from the Tours Nord area. It means that I do not have to stay in this Mercure anymore. Let me be clear: the staff members are very nice and that is the reason I still give 3 points. However, this is the only Mercure where I would never get an upgrad as a platinum or now gold member. They are always full. Sometimes I find it hard to believe given the size - and the fact that in CDG I have the upgrade every time. The standard rooms are of good standard mercure quality but in regards to amenities it is really below any kind of standard: you have a shower gel from a large bottle (that was unfortunately empty) and the same for the soap. There is nothing else. You get coffee powder and a couple of tea bags as well as a half liter of water. Maybe I am spoiled after our holidays in Asia but I am seriously considering to quit the Accor Live Limitless program and try my luck somewhere else. For two nights for business it is ok and again, lovely staff. Just not a place that makes you feel welcome. I am looking forward to seeing the folks at the Mercure Tours Sud again (should I remain with ALL...).

We were found this hotel by a lovely and very kind taxi driver after our car had broken down. The gentleman on reception (not sure of his name but he seemed to be the night reception) was very understanding and gave us a snack to take to our room followed by a much needed beer each. The room was perfect for my husband, myself and our little dog Rosie. Nice coffee, nice shower, very quiet and the mattress was extremely comfortable for the 3 of us! The housekeeping lady who was a few rooms away was more than happy to replenish our coffee ect. Thank you. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Pierre and the female receptionist and the gentleman at night very much for the directions, help and understanding of what had been a very stressful time for us. A good nights sleep followed by an extensive breakfast choice and a hot shower made our stay very comfortable. Thank you all very much Ray & Lara Osborne
