Ulasan Hotel Cocoa

The one night stay at the Hotel Cocoa was a memorable one! The room was spacious with superb views of the lake! My family will certainly consider to stay at Hotel Cocoa again.

Very spacious twin rooms, place was located in the heart of Lake Toya and its attractions. We had a nice view of the Lake too. Will definitely stay here again!

Great view of lake toya from the room. Room was also big with comfortable beds and pillows. Soundproofing was awesome as there was a loud group in the lounge but we couldn't hear them at all when our room was beside the lounge. Only downside is that this hotel is a but of distance away from the main lake toya area.

Hotel seems new although location is a bit far. Near to the lake farm cafe though. Staff seems friendly.

Clean and quiet hotel away from busy street. Great for road trip. Accessible via own drive. The hotel is located Up a slope so the view is really nice of the lake Toya. Nearby amano family farm where you can go for pizza and ice cream. No escalator if you stay on 2nd floor. There’s also a massage chair and free green tea

Five star facilities & comfort for 3 star hotel rate. First night stayed in a first floor Standard Double room (35 m2) c/w jacuzzi, second night stayed in a ground floor Comfort Double room (27 m2) which was equally big & comfortable but without the jacuzzi. Both rooms are facing Lake Toya. Highly recommended to stay for those travelling with a rental car.

its a comfortable place to stay... however, im not sure if its only the problem of my room or what.. but there are just toooooooo many bugs in my bathroom, its more than 100.. I got a insect spray and spray through the whole bathroom and closed the door. all the bus are dead on the floor and in the bath tub, then I washed them away with water.... HOWEVER, there are another 100 bugs in the bathroom again the next day! Im sure all the windows are closed I checked a few times.... I really don't know how the bugs / insects came in... i was quite frustrated.....

You will enjoy the spectacular view! It’s an amazing experience! I felt I was in Switzerland!!!

Great hotel with nice room and peaceful environment. Not near any eateries. Need to drive to stay in this place.

Very nice hotel with weird lightings along the corridor Good price but only accessible by private transport Nice big room but it gets very heavy snow in December

The television in my room was not working. Got the counter staff to help but it didn’t work.

Good for budget trip. There is free parking lot but you have to leave car key at front desk. The room was clean but mattress too soft was not comfortable.
