Great value for what we paid, compared to what other island resorts charge. Lowkey family friendly resort in a spacious and natural setting, with a local feel. The staff were welcoming and also talented, with nightly singing at dinnertime. Our Oceanview room was spacious and conveniently located with easy water access. Great snorkeling (amazing reef “gardens” and cliffs) if you’re willing to swim out a little further. We wore wetsuits and used fins which made it easier to stay out longer. The facilities are older but that’s part of the charm of this place and why you get great value for a relaxing and/or adventurous resort experience, depending on what you choose to do.

Impressive living experience here, especially for my first visit in Fiji. Every night’s choir is soooo lovely. Recommend it!

A fantastic family vacation spot with plenty of activities for children, including childcare, allowing parents to relax on their own.

Great little island, some areas need some renovations. Large rooms and bathrooms. Menu doesn't change often. Very friendly staff. Wi-Fi only in the main building.

While the room was dated, it was generally kept clean and serviced daily. The hot water was inconsistent, running hot and cold in the shower, and the toilet was slow to flush, likely due to island conditions. The breakfast buffet offered a simple selection of bread, butter, jam, cereal, milk, fruit, orange juice, and coffee and tea, but à la carte items like eggs, sausages, and hash browns were available for a fee. The island's dining options were basic, but the cocktails were excellent and affordable. While the basics were passable, the island staff were incredibly helpful. The kids' club offered a wide variety of activities, including free fish feeding, snorkeling, and boating.

This hotel has a very good value for money, and the service is also very good. When entering and leaving the island, there will be people playing guitar to welcome and see you off. Treasure Island is also a treasure island, very quiet, and the scenery is beautiful.

The hotel is relatively old, but it is better in snorkeling and natural environment. The food on the island is not very rich, but the chorus of the island staff is impressive. It takes 45 minutes by boat to get to the island.

The front desk got the wrong room and booked the wrong itinerary for us, which caused us to waste time and money on the round trip ticket at our own expense.

1. The buffet breakfast is tragic. 4 days I a row the same stuff, which are maybe the cheapest options available. The bread is dry, no boiled eggs, no cheese, no ham, basically almost nothing. Sometimes, the fruit such as watermelon were also bad. 2. Dinner buffet, no idea. Dinner from the menu is good but could be hit and miss, portions are good. Never tried lunch. 3. Renovated bures/rooms are clean, although you can find issues if you look. There are bures that are not renovated, such as old timber floor, extra dirty sofa under the seating space, tragically awful front doors and the mattresses are not great, on the soft side leading to high lower back pain. 4. Towels, sheets and pillowcases are not ok, sometimes smell like sweat. 5. The baby portable cots are AWFUL. Broken underneath, no real mattress provided, basically not suitable to any standards, better put your baby on the floor. 6. Service is smiling and friendly, but only intentional and this is not real and pure for me. 7. Sometimes service is intentionally delaying requests, just because they can. 8. Location is good but you need boat, ferry, heli transfer, and all these cost extra and a lot. 9. Nature, reef, birds, fish, turtles are amazing. 10. Does not worth it, maybe if it is 200-300 per night I can accept it, but the resort is in a bad state! In general, avoid. I'll not return there and not recommend to anyone unless you want to prove my points wrong :D
