Hotel berhampiran Foot Locker, Treviso

I cannot recommend this hotel at all. They do not take their customers seriously and they are happy to sell a product they do not have. Explanation: We had booked the hotel for a single day. We booked it because they advertised their SPA / Pool area which looked great, but when we arrived in the afternoon the whole area was closed down, big disappoin**ent when you have been driving for a long time and just needed to relax. There was a sign at the check-in counter that the pool will be closed on the 6/8, but we arrived the day before and it was closed. Nothing was written in the confirmation mail from them. If so we would have canelled and found another hotel. In addition to this huge minus which they will not refund, there were other problems with the hotel: • Could not get hot water for the bathtub, so we could not enjoy that either. • An air conditioner that can only go down to 22 degrees, is not comfortable when you have to sleep. • On the other hand, it was so cold in their restaurant in the morning that you froze while sitting there. • The breakfast was terrible. Day-old bread, half-rotten fruit, bacon that was either not fried or it was burnt. • For lunch we could only choose one dish from their menu which otherwise looked delicious - on paper. Normally I do not write bad reviews, but the hotel has been contacted several times and will not give any form of compensation nor do the take any responsibility at all, therefore I have chosen to describe my experience. I also met 2 others at the hotel the day we were there and they had the same experience.

”Ho recentemente soggiornato all'hotel Una 'Le Terrazze' di Villorba e vorrei condividere la mia esperienza. Innanzitutto, devo elogiare lo staff dell'hotel, che merita un 10 pieno. In particolare, il ragazzo che mi ha fatto il check-in è stato eccezionale. La struttura ha diversi punti di forza: la pulizia delle camere è impeccabile, c'è un ampio parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti, e la colazione è ottima, offrendo una vasta scelta di opzioni gustose. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati: 1. Il sistema di aria condizionata nelle camere è un po' datato e non permette di regolare la ventola. Questo ha causato problemi di rumore che hanno disturbato il mio sonno. 2. L'asciugacapelli in bagno non ha una potenza sufficiente per un'asciugatura efficace. 3. L'assenza di un servizio in camera o di un ristorante interno limita le opzioni per i pasti, soprattutto per chi soggiorna per motivi di lavoro o preferisce la comodità di mangiare in hotel. Nonostante questi punti, il mio giudizio complessivo è positivo. Spero che la direzione possa considerare questi feedback non come critiche negative, ma come opportunità di miglioramento per rendere l'esperienza degli ospiti ancora migliore in futuro.”

Pacchetto ”Fuga romantica” già utilizzato anni fà stavolta però camera standard abbastanza malandata (niente cassaforte, lampada bagno bruciata, lampada sul letto staccata) la volta precedente era vista lago; zona wellness a pagamento la volta precedente era compresa, massaggio THAI sempre spettacolare e rilassante, cena THAI con tempi lunghissimi pur non essendoci una grande affluenza (1 antipasto, 1 primo, 1 secondo) ”2 ore” il caffè l'ho preso al banco per stanchezza. Peccato il posto è sempre spettacolare e la struttura magnifica anche se mostra i primi segni del tempo

I cannot recommend this hotel. The air conditioning system was out of order for the entire duration of my stay. On the first day, I pointed out the problem of the high temperature in the accommodation to the reception staff. Three times in the afternoon and the same evening, I pointed out that the temperature was not dropping. I was informed that the reception had adjusted the temperature directly, but the heat continued to be unbearable. I would like to point out that no one from the hotel has ever come to check on the situation. Late in the evening, after my request, I was given a fan; the receptionist put the fan on maximum. At night, between the room's heat and the fan's noise, it was impossible to sleep. After a sleepless night, I again reported the situation to the receptionist the following morning. Only then was I informed that there was a problem with the system in the entire hotel, and it would certainly be resolved within the day, which did not occur on the same day or the following days. Above all I would like to underline the lack of communication and attention towards the customer, no hotel staff member was ever kind enough to inform me that the system had not been fixed, and would be in disuse for the days of my stay. I understand that circumstances can be unpredictable, but I feel it is important to share these details so that you can fully understand the inconveniences we faced during our stay.

Absolutely love this hotel. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Clean, modern, tech savvy! Close to everything with a train. David was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some fantastic recommendations for what to do, so if like us you were stuck please ask for him. The free parking is great too. The only feedback I would give is some warm items for breakfast! Thank you to the cleaner who made sure our room was tidy and filled with the things we needed. Denise, Jildas and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately cannot remember were very helpful too! This hotel actually understands what hospitality is. If you’re visiting Venice but don’t want the hustle and bustle but convenience this is for you!

We are a couple, stayed in this hotel for one night before we had to leave Italy by plane taking off from Marco Polo air port in Venice. It was a very nice hotel, it was very clean, comfortable and modern. Our room was very quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful, with modern furniture in very good condition, with very good and beautiful bathroom with shower. The hotel is located in the middle of a beautiful park and our room had a nice balcony overlooking the park. The hotel has free parking with plenty of parking space. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The only negative experience was unstable Internet in our room. We connected to the WIFI, but the Internet was unstable, it worked part of the time, but from time to time it did not work. I hope it was a temporary issue, and if not, it is an issue for the hotel's staff to take care off. Overall we liked this hotel very much and consider staying in it for longer period next time we visit Venice.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our vacation truly enjoyable. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Welcoming at front desk. Assisted us with adaptor for the night, with a deposit of 10 Euros. Room was clean, shower had pressure and warm water. Towels white and clean. Taxi was called for us in the morning Air conditioner was not the best, didn't cool and was very noisy. Adjustable shower rose was broken so had to hand shower. Chose to stay in Mestre as it was close to the airport - cost in taxi for 10 minute trip was 30 Euros

The hotel is located near the railway station. It only takes about 15 mins to get to hotel. The transportb to it is very convenient. And there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.
