”Ho recentemente soggiornato all'hotel Una 'Le Terrazze' di Villorba e vorrei condividere la mia esperienza. Innanzitutto, devo elogiare lo staff dell'hotel, che merita un 10 pieno. In particolare, il ragazzo che mi ha fatto il check-in è stato eccezionale. La struttura ha diversi punti di forza: la pulizia delle camere è impeccabile, c'è un ampio parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti, e la colazione è ottima, offrendo una vasta scelta di opzioni gustose. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati: 1. Il sistema di aria condizionata nelle camere è un po' datato e non permette di regolare la ventola. Questo ha causato problemi di rumore che hanno disturbato il mio sonno. 2. L'asciugacapelli in bagno non ha una potenza sufficiente per un'asciugatura efficace. 3. L'assenza di un servizio in camera o di un ristorante interno limita le opzioni per i pasti, soprattutto per chi soggiorna per motivi di lavoro o preferisce la comodità di mangiare in hotel. Nonostante questi punti, il mio giudizio complessivo è positivo. We stayed here in an emergency situation after our flight was delayed for a day. They were able to accommodate 10 of us in four rooms easily. We arrived far earlier than check in but this did not phase them. Nothing was too much trouble, from the receptionist sorting us a complimentary drink each and finding a room for our suitcases, to the lifeguard getting us towels sorted for the pool and the bar staff getting us a football for our Grandson to play football with. Lunch was excellent value for money, high quality snacks and large portion sizes. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Lots of little extras included slippers, dressing gowns, biscuits, shaving kits and toothbrush sets as well as traditional toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We could not fault anything about our visit.

I stayed alone but treated myself to a room with a balcony. The room was very clean, quite dated but a perfect base to go out and explore the surrounding areas. I was a little disappointed that the description on love holidays website didn’t really live up to the reality. I wasn’t told about any spa or restaurant partnerships the hotel had and to be honest it is a very basic hotel which could do with some money being spent on it however the location is perfect and the staff are very friendly and I think cleanliness is the most important which the rooms are. I wouldn’t say it’s a hotel you would want to spend a lot of time in as there isn’t much facility wise and the breakfast was very very basic so I wouldn’t recommend that. The coffee is nice though and I particularly loved how peaceful and cool the rooms are so your guaranteed a good nights sleep. All in all 6/10 due to peaceful location and friendly staff. Also I wouldn’t rely on the shuttle bus suggested on the website as there isn’t one just private contract with a local driver charging 50 euro a trip to the airport. You can of course get the train which is on your doorstep but I personally was conscious of getting lost! So I didn’t mind paying more for a lift.

I cannot recommend this hotel. The air conditioning system was out of order for the entire duration of my stay. On the first day, I pointed out the problem of the high temperature in the accommodation to the reception staff. Three times in the afternoon and the same evening, I pointed out that the temperature was not dropping. I was informed that the reception had adjusted the temperature directly, but the heat continued to be unbearable. I would like to point out that no one from the hotel has ever come to check on the situation. Late in the evening, after my request, I was given a fan; the receptionist put the fan on maximum. At night, between the room's heat and the fan's noise, it was impossible to sleep. After a sleepless night, I again reported the situation to the receptionist the following morning. Only then was I informed that there was a problem with the system in the entire hotel, and it would certainly be resolved within the day, which did not occur on the same day or the following days. Above all I would like to underline the lack of communication and attention towards the customer, no hotel staff member was ever kind enough to inform me that the system had not been fixed, and would be in disuse for the days of my stay. I understand that circumstances can be unpredictable, but I feel it is important to share these details so that you can fully understand the inconveniences we faced during our stay.

Absolutely love this hotel. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Clean, modern, tech savvy! Close to everything with a train. David was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some fantastic recommendations for what to do, so if like us you were stuck please ask for him. The free parking is great too. The only feedback I would give is some warm items for breakfast! Thank you to the cleaner who made sure our room was tidy and filled with the things we needed. Denise, Jildas and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately cannot remember were very helpful too! This hotel actually understands what hospitality is. If you’re visiting Venice but don’t want the hustle and bustle but convenience this is for you!

We are a couple, stayed in this hotel for one night before we had to leave Italy by plane taking off from Marco Polo air port in Venice. It was a very nice hotel, it was very clean, comfortable and modern. Our room was very quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful, with modern furniture in very good condition, with very good and beautiful bathroom with shower. The hotel is located in the middle of a beautiful park and our room had a nice balcony overlooking the park. The hotel has free parking with plenty of parking space. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The only negative experience was unstable Internet in our room. We connected to the WIFI, but the Internet was unstable, it worked part of the time, but from time to time it did not work. I hope it was a temporary issue, and if not, it is an issue for the hotel's staff to take care off. Overall we liked this hotel very much and consider staying in it for longer period next time we visit Venice.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our vacation truly enjoyable. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Le point le plus fort de cet hôtel c’est son emplacement le bâtiment sur la photo est l’hôtel , donc hyper pratique en ce qui est des nuisance que ça pourrai engendrer je vous rassure de suite en fonction des chambres ont l’entend pas voir un peu mais rien absolument rien qui puisse perturber mon léger sommeil ! Vous prenez vos tickets de manière hyper simple à la gare même . Pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants nous avons payé le trajet 11,90€ . Le petit déjeuner a l’hôtel est très basique mais c’est toujours bien venu histoire de pas perdre de temps et ne pas partir le ventre vide . Le personnel est sympathique, surtout au petit déjeuner ! Si je dois revenir à Venise c’est sans aucun doute que je reviens ici , le plus parking gratuit donc quand nous avons libéré notre chambres nous avons laissé notre véhicule au parking le temps de passer une dernière journée de promenade ☺️

PPengguna TetamuOttima e recente struttura collegata all'hotel Carlton con cui condivide la sala colazione. Camere confortevoli e ben insonorizzate, colazione buona, posizione eccellente per una visita della bellissima città. Parcheggio interno scoperto a esaurimento a 15€ al giorno. Personale alla reception cortese e disponibile, pulizia eccellente. Soggiorno assolutamente da consigliare.
