Almost everything was great! Super central location, cozy hotel, and the room had a bathtub. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back.

Pros: Short walk from the Central Station, directly opposite the Porta Nigra, within short walking distance from the main tourist sites and many dining options nearby. Its location is unparalleled Cons: As pointed out by other reviewers, room and furniture is very outdated. There is only a bath-tub to take a shower so do note if one has mobility issue. Biggest issue for me was the pillows: it was so soft I got a neck-ache after 2 nights, and the air-con was not working during a relatively warm summer, fortunately the window could be opened, otherwise it would have been a disaster!!!

Location was great! Just across the Road the Porta Nigra, from the Hotel room for sure you can have the nice evening view of it! Breakfast Buffet was perfect! City Center just after crossing the Porta Nigra, walking distance almost to all Tourists spots!

The location is good just opposite the Porta Nigra, but price 138 a night , it’s too high and it does not look a real 4 star hotel .

Good location. Stay next to Porta Nigra. Very convenient to explore old town and city. 3 minutes from Supermarket and 5 minutes to center of old town. A bit old furnished that some should be renovate. Free car park next to hotel that you can ask for parking ticket from reception.

Too few tiles, no minibar and much noise from the elevator. But a perfectly located hotel with perfect parking facilities and friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel is absolutely in a perfect location, just opposite the ancient castle. You can visit the ancient castle at any time in the city center. There are also many supermarkets around, which is very convenient. I don't know if it takes one or two minutes to get to the city center. So it's perfect. The hotel also provides small iron houses for our bicycles as accommodation. Our bicycles are really well treated. The first photo is the two small iron houses prepared by the hotel for bicycle parking. After the bicycles are put in, the house can be locked. It is in the middle of the parking lot and is very safe. The second photo is us taking the bicycles out of the iron house, preparing them in the parking lot, and then we set off on a ride. The third photo is a photo I took of the hotel in the ancient castle opposite the hotel. It is very convenient and the location of the hotel is great.
