This hostel is amazing. We stayed there for two nights and had a wonderful time. It’s very close to lots of bars and restaurants and you can see the harbor out of some of the rooms. The kitchen facilities are spacious and very clean. And the included breakfast was great. All of the people staying at the hostel were wonderful. Trieste is a great city and this is a great place to stay. The hostel was also very close to public transit (bus) stops so it’s easy to get around if you want to venture out. Definitely note that there is no lift and the hostel is a couple floors up, so pack light! The hostel was also pretty hot and humid, I think they could benefit from some fans. However, I understand that Trieste is a very hot and humid city in the dinner. Marta, who works reception, is so kind and helpful!

If you want to truly experience Trieste in the right location and with style then this is the place. A small perfectly built Palace run by staff who care about their guests. There is absolutely everything you need here. I arrived late at night and when I walked out onto the breakfast room the following room found myself saying wow at the view on the stunning Piazza. I choose this hotel because I had always wanted to stay there in Trieste, I did return for a second stay and I would stay there again. You are close to the sea, the historical centre, numerous bars and restaurants, shopping and tourist hotspots. The rooms are lovely, majestically clean. Breakfast are a relaxing experience you do not want to hurry because why would you with that view around you. The bar is the place to be throughout the day and also acts as an informal restaurant throughout the day. Formal is also available but that was not my choice. Rooms were large comfortable and very clean with the best amenities provided. Book your stay, you know you want to!

The hotel is located in the heart of Trieste. Very nice and calm location with elegent interior and kind staff. The room was very clean and spacious, it was cleaned every day. The room temperature was convenient and the air conditioning was not noisy. The breakfast is a fully served one. The concept is nice and we started to like it very much at the end of our vacation. The food was tasty, but the selection was not very large, particularly if you have some dietary restrictions. After a couple of days, you can get bored of the selection.

So glad I stayed here. It’s amazing inside and the staff (well most of them) are lovely too! Arrived during a national train strike so was stressed and just grateful to have arrived. My check in was great, the guy was friendly and informative. Escorted me to my room which was modern and he showed me how everything worked. Only thing I was disappointed in is there are no safes in the room - that can be so easily rectified. Didn’t have breakfast but I did bring a friend back for a drink in the evening only to be met by a miserable member of staff who so did not want to serve us drinks and when we insisted he made the cocktail with one small piece of ice! When I asked for more he gave me another small piece! Ridiculous! We weren’t the only ones to receive his misery! A group of 4/5 came in after us and were told they could take the drinks to their room! They were just as surprised as us with his rudeness. Anyway I haven’t detracted any points from this review because I spoke with the owner in the morning and she was lovely and apologised profusely. None of it was her doing but she was mortified and assured me she would deal with it which I trust she did. Would definitely return if in Trieste again 👍

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was substantial with plenty of choices available. During the day the breakfast room also serves as the hotel guest lounge. There are complimentary pastries, tea and a coffee machine available here for hotel guests throughout the day. It is a relaxing place to sit and refresh. The hotel staff are friendly, polite and helpful. In front of the hotel is a small shop where you can buy a 24 hour bus ticket for three euros. Many of the local sites are accessible using public transport. There are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel. It is a five minute walk to the the old town.

La posizione della struttura è eccellente, a 2 min dalla stazione dei treni e 10 min dal centro città! Le stanze non sono all'ultimo grido, ma dignitose e con i minimi comfort soddisfatti. L'unica pecca, a mio avviso, è il materasso che l'ho trovato, personalmente, un po' troppo basso e morbido (considerazione soggettiva)! Personale della reception molto cortese e disponibile!

Posto strategico per visitare Trieste ed altre città, molto vicino alla Slovenia. Camere pulite , servizio ottimo e staff molto cortese e disponibile. Colazione varia ed abbondante e di qualità non mancava nulla. Garage con parcheggio gratuito. Anche se non dispone del ristorante il posto offre soluzioni di tutti i tipi nelle vicinanze anche a piedi. Piscina pulita grande e con diversi livelli anche idromassaggio, affaccia direttamente sul porto. Consiglio anche per famiglie con bambini.

This property is nice, styled in the Baroque period. Staff are friendly (Eastern Euro friendly that is... not bad, just different from”Western” friendly), and have been helpful (Jem, Sarah, Maria.) The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would not describe this property as an American luxury hotel, but it is certainly very nice. The toiletries and towels are skimpy, however sufficient. The breakfast buffet is certainly less in quantity than other hotels in Croatia offer in Rijeka, but the food is GOOD and fresh, there is cerals, scrambled eggs, yogurts, cheeses, breads, meats, juices and HOT coffee that tastes great. You won't be hungry with this buffet. The other reviews that complain are just whiners. The ONLY negative with this property is that the AC in each room (we had 2 rooms) are: noisy, barely cool and do smell musty. We opened the windows since it cools down nicely at night but there are no screens, so the mosquitos come in, so it is a catch 22: be warm or be bitten by bugs. Overall, I would stay here again.

From the time we booked , everything was so hassle free , the day v Ver arriving our flights from Zurich got delayed , so I called them and they Really helped us how to access the apartment . We reached late in the evening but got in without any hassle , as instructed via sms . The Apartment is very modern have all the amenities that you require . We had superior city view apartment hence lucky to have 2 small balconies . Close to the supermarket which is across the street , walking distance to bus stop and Trieste central ofcourse close to piazza unita. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay so much , we are coming back , looking forward for our stay in September. Thankyou

PPengguna TetamuWe had some issues getting to the hotel due to the very slow passport control at Trieste airport and so turned up about 12:30 in the morning. Once we found the hotel we rang the bell several times and did not notice the sign stating that if closed go to the Intercontinental on the other side of the pedestrian area. The receptionist came across and guided us to the other hotel where we booked in and then he came across, showed us the key to get in and up to the lift where we went up to our suite. The suite was a good size with a microwave, fridge, kettle, pots and pans etc. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and the room was quiet so we got a good nights sleep. The breakfast is in the other hotels' restaurant but it is less than a minute to walk across to it. Breakfast choice was not great - you have to choose your breakfast from a menu and it would have been better to have a buffet type. The hotel was quite expansive and I did not feel that it was worth the cost.

IIrene Fernández GarcíaPara comenzar mi reseña quiero aclarar que soy una estudiante de 21 años, acostumbrada a hacer viajes MUY LOW COST, no suelo elegir hoteles y me conformo con poco. Por otro lado, por circunstancias iba a viajar con una amiga y acabé yendo sola.
El desayuno era completo y variado, la repostería estaba muy rica y tienen bebidas vegetales, es lo que más me gustó de mi estancia.
Las trabajadoras de recepción me han tratado muy bien. He podido comunicarme en inglés con todas, me han atendido cuando lo he necesitado, son muy profesionales. Cuando pedí comida para llevar la recogieron, me avisaron y me ofrecieron dejarme un tenedor.
fue una grata sorpresa que en mi habitación (Habitación doble con vistas parciales al mar), la 111, tuviese dos camas de un ancho de 90 cm juntas. Al reservarlo ponía que la cama tendría un ancho comprendido entre 135 y 150 cm. Las ”amenities” estaban muy bien, a mí me dieron botes de 32 cl de gel, champú y crema corporal, había un dispensador de jabón de manos en el lavabo, gorro de ducha, bastoncillos, lima de uñas y algodón, kit de costura, sobre de jabón de higiene íntima, vasos desechables y un bolígrafo.
La calefacción hacía un poco de ruido, aconsejo que si no saben cómo funciona el regulador de temperatura y los distintos botos que hay, pregunten a los trabajadores. Las cortinas no dejaban la habitación en completa oscuridad, así que si sois españoles acostumbrados a las persianas y sois sensibles a la luz, podríais traer un antifaz.
El único punto negativo es que cuando haciendo el check out le dije que una bolsa de silicona reutilizable había desaparecido se limitó a disculp**** educadamente, en lugar de ofrecerme una compensación por haber tirado a la basura mi propiedad.

PPengguna TetamuEl hotel nos gustó mucho, es un hotel con pocas habitaciones, la clásica es justita de tamaño, pero todo muy limpio y decorado con mucho gusto, muy clásico, el baño era pequeño, tenia ducha, pero tenía de todo y todo estaba en perfecto estado.
En el desayuno, no sabíamos que los platos calientes, había que pedirlos, no estaba indicado y tampoco nos lo ofrecieron, pero al ver a otros clientes pedirlo, nosotros también lo hicimos, excepto eso, todo fue muy correcto y la atención de los empleados también.

Low pressure water - terrible for a decent shower. 3. Holes in curtains. 4. Dirty floor - I had to clean it before I could walk barefoot. 5. Flooring breaking up. The bad stuff: 1. Building work starts early and finishes after 5pm. Don’t come here expecting to have a peaceful break, until after the building work is completed. 2. €605 for four nights and no breakfast included - shocking!

Nice continental breakfast. Key to this hotel is location. Very close to Grand Canal area 1 minute walk. So great for bars restaurants walking down to Olly cafe and ferries to Muggia (7 mins amble,). Have checked out other hotel locations for Trieste visit. Absolutely no. 1. Would stay again.

PPengguna TetamuHotel cercano a la estación en un edificio antiguo de 5 plantas con ascensor .recientemente remunerado pero de manera demasiado austera.habitacion con caja fuerte nevera y aire acondicionado y vistas a la calle a un conservatorio con ensayos de piano continuos,nada desagradable por cierto.faltan enchufes en las mesitas y estanterías en el baño,en la ducha ni una para dejar la esponja poco gel y champú y exceso de toallitas limpia zapatos.desayuno monótono al estilo italiano...bollería envasada y algo de fiambre,café malo y zumo aguado...por lo demás las camas son cómodas pero no las almohadas...para pasar un par de días no está mal.
