AFTER MANY YEARS ... NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY AT ”DAYS INN TRINIDAD, COLORADO” We booked two rooms, one being the handicap-accessible room... I got bit by spiders at this Days Inn, brought it to the attention of the office (he was great, even gave me sting packets for the numerous bites) the management refuses to acknowledge this, going as far as emailing me to arrogantly deny the fact. Never again will we entertain staying at this Days Inn in Trinidad Colorado. Thanks Pat Farmer Dream Hospitality We have stayed at this hotel for over 20 years now we never imagined we would have to go through an experience such as what we had to go through this last week at the days in Trinidad Colorado hotel. To add salt in the wound .... I received an email calling me a liar (for the most part) and letting me know they were unwilling to do anything about it is a travesty to say the least. Customer service should be a priority obviously it is not at this hotel and I do believe this is a hindrance for Wyndham.... I have the proof I have the pictures I have everything necessary that would have, at least if they were professional, to make a Fair resolution. I believe the fair thing to do is to reimburse me the money that I paid to stay at this hotel with the expectancy of a clean bug free room. Is this really too much to ask ???? I don't think so
