Hotel berhampiran Parc Blandine-Neault, Trois-Rivieres

Pure comfort! The hotel seems new or otherwise has been recently updated and is very well maintained and cleaned. The spacious 2-room suite had everything we wanted and more, including a full view of the port/river. I loved the large walk-in shower. Pool, hot tub and exercise room also in pristine condition! We were able to check in 4 hours early. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking underground was a breeze. many restaurants and historic sites nearby. I can't say enough great things about this hotel! Thank you to the staff and management.

I cannot say enough about this hotel & it’s employees. We originally planned to stay 3 nights to move our daughter into her dorm room (U of Ottawa), which was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Due to some complications with our daughter’s dorm room we ended up having to extend our stay for one more night….and then one more night after that. Despite having to extend our stay twice, the staff was extremely accommodating and while we did have to move rooms once (our fault), the staff made sure that it was as seamless as possible, allowing us to stay in our old room until the new one was ready. Since we booked our room through an online hotel booking site, rather than through the hotel directly, we normally would have had to check out & then come back later in the afternoon to check into our new room (again completely our fault and decision). Thankfully Abdul from the front desk arranged for us to stay in our current room so we didn’t have to go through that hassle. As for the rooms themselves, they are great, very clean, comfortable, spacious, plus having a full kitchen AND a washer & dryer in the room was a huge benefit. We’ve stayed in several other hotels that offer ‘suites’, but they didn’t have the amenities or space this hotel offers. Having on-site underground parking was a bonus, especially considering the limited parking in this area & that there are several restaurants & stores right outside the hotel. Furthermore, every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant, helpful & never made us feel like we’re asking too much, whether it was asking for an extra coffee pack, directions/suggestions for restaurants or in our case moving room etc.,. The only thing we would change would be booking with the hotel directly, instead of using one of the online hotel booking sites as we unfortunately did. We didn’t save any money using the site & it would’ve made things a lot easier if we just booked directly with the hotel. We will definitely stay here again & would recommend this hotel.

Hotel ini sangat bagus! Satu-satunya kelemahan: air panas memerlukan masa yang lama untuk tiba di bilik mandi! Tetapi walaupun begitu, ini adalah lawatan kedua saya ke hotel ini dan saya tidak akan teragak-agak untuk kembali!

We stayed for one night at the hotel, and by the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast that David and Simon presented, my family and I could tell that our stay in Quebec would be an unforgettable one.

Installations superbes, site enchanteur. Le seul.bémol, tracteur à pelouse passé un peu tôt, qui nous a réveillés..
