The place is really great, just at the centre of Tromsø, next to the beautiful port and the bus centre; the restaurants next to the hotel are amazing as well. My breakfast was included, and I really enjoyed the breakfast, lots of choice with great flavors! Strongly recommended!!!

Emplacement super. Le personnel est super avec de très bons conseils concernant les restos et activités. Salle de pause/Repas avec café, thé, biscuits à disposition toute la journée, super. Proximité avec la ville et tous les transports en commun. Je conseille sans aucune hésitation. Merci.

The location is very good if your main motive behind visiting Tromsø is to see the Northern lights. We saw the magical aurora dance just outside our explorer cabin on our first night during our stay. The cable car station (Fellheisen) is a 15 minute walk from this site. The nearest bus station is about 700 metres away but it is a bit of a hill climb. So, people with backpacks and rucksacks are good but dragging a suit case might be a task. The cabins are extremely well maintained with almost all amenities that you would want. The staff are very polite and helpful. We loved the service building where we could literally cook our own food any time of the day. Last bust of course not the least, the jaw dropping views of the surroundings. We were awestruck wherever we looked around from our cabin or from anywhere in the site. I highly recommend Tromsø lodge and camping!

Great location in the middle of the town - but hotel - our room at least (room no. 303) - was overdue for a refurbishing - small, dark and uninviting , especially the bathroom - fiber duvet and pillow of poor quality. Cleanliness in the room was as good as can be expected for a run down room - but the public areas could definitely use a good clean down - not up to the standard that we have experienced in other Scandic Hotels. The hotel was fully booked, so change of rooms was not possible. The staff came across as inexperienced and the hotel felt understaffed. Good breakfast as usual - but crowded and insufficient seating. All in all this stay was a disappointment - and not close to being money’s worth. If we hadn’t prepaid our stay - we would have looked for a different place to stay.

Una experiencia maravillosa, el hotel está situado en el centro, a 1 min de las salidas de las excursiones y rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes. La parada del autobús del aeropuerto está en la puerta del hotel. Todos los días limpian la habitación, hacen la cama y nos dejan toallas limpias. En la habitación tenemos un hervidor de agua, con vasos, té, azúcar..... Todo lo necesario para que te puedas preparar un té o café soluble sin salir de la habitación. En el baño hay secador de pelo y gel para la ducha. El desayuno es tipo buffet, muy variado y por las tardes ofrecen gofres y té gratis para merendar. Sin dudarlo volveremos a reservar este hotel.
