Ulasan Sapa Elegance Hotel

Our stay was no more than pleasant. The hotel’s best asset is their amazing staff. We arrived around 6am and we are able to get an early checked in and not only that, we’ve got our room upgraded for a nice view, just because. Also, shout out to their best staff, Ruby. She has an amazing smile and she keeps us entertained during breakfast. (See picture to see Ruby) Highly recommended and thank you! We loved our stay! We’ll comeback soon 😊

That good for nice location , good vibes i hope to back there again

We arrived in the morning around 8am as we took a sleeper bus from Ninh Binh, booked the hotel for the previous day as well so we could check in. The manager/receptionist helped to carry 2 of our carry-on luggage to the second floor, where there's a lift to go to your room's level. Check-in was efficient, and we were able to have the hotel breakfast after ordering. Fresh juice, water and coffee are available. We recommend the the chicken noodle soup, pancakes & egg with toast. Do take note that it is not your usual pancake & toast, maybe a Vietnamese twist on it? Breakfast was enjoyable, food was served maybe around 5-10 minutes after ordering. Room service helps to clean your room and provides new towels :) The manager/receptionist helped us to arrange transport to our sleeper bus waiting area & the attractions as it was close to impossible to get a grab car there. She also helped us to purchase tickets for Fansipan which was great as it was a holiday on the day we visited the attraction. Her explanations were helpful and overall helped make our stay there much more enjoyable and easy. Down the street from the hotel is filled with cafes/restaurants/souvenir shops, hence its in a great location. The outside of the hotel is also aesthetic, so you can definitely take some nice pictures during your stay there. Thank you to the staff at Sapa Elegance Hotel! :)

A charming hotel. Always a pleasant stay with this hotel. Room is clean and spacious and front desk is friendly and helpful. The couple swan towels in the are ever welcoming even though I am a solo traveler this round 😄

Good location in city centre, but need to climb a mountain a little, hotel boss makes good delicious breakfast, Aircon is good, beds are OK. There is elevator.

The hotel is a little old and tired , no breakfast included in the price. Overall ok but a little overpriced for what it offers.

약간의 오르막에 위치합니다. 리셉션 친절합니다 오래된 산장에서 묵는 느낌,,,시설은 오래됬지만 관리는 깨끗하게 잘 되어 있습니다. 조식으로 나오는 바게트 겉바속촉 맛있게 먹었어요,,,,,

Главное достоинство этой гостиницы - это её персонал. Мы благодарны девушке-администратору за её искренние улыбки и заботу о нас. Обстановка в гостинице очень простая, но находиться там было приятно. Завтрак по меню был сытным и вкусным.

가격대비 괜찮은 정도, 조식먹는곳이 특히 좋았고 음식도 푸짐하게 나옴(사진에는 다 못담았어요) 그리고 숙소 위치가 아주아주 좋아요. 다만, 객실 컨디션은 기대하지 마세요! 정말 옛날 모텔정도 생각하시면 돼요. 직원분 엄청 친절함!

이곳은 사파 다운타운에서 매우 가깝지만 조용한 위치에 있어 처음 사파 지리에 익숙하지 않은 사람에게 매우 추천하고 싶다. 현지인이 운영하는 작은 규모의 호텔이지만 정갈하고 아늑한 느낌을 주려는 호텔측의 세심한 배려를 느낄 수 있다. 무엇보다 호텔 스텝의 친절과 여행 길잡이 안내는 매우 큰 도움을 우리에게 주었다. 지소카능한 관광을 추구하는 여행객에게 이 호텔을 추천하고 싶다. "This place is very close to downtown Sapa but located in a quiet area, making it highly recommended for those who are not familiar with the geography of Sapa. It is a small-scale hotel run by locals, but you can feel the hotel's meticulous care in providing a clean and cozy atmosphere. 새벽에 도착해서 문이 닫혀있었지만 밖에 전화번호가 있어서 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 열쇠만 받고 들어와서 아침에 일어나서 조식시간 물어보니 이미 지났더라구요. 숙소로 돌아왔는데 금방 문 두들기시고 조식 먹을수 있게 해주셨고, 그외 메뉴도 추가로 만들어주셨어요. 관광지 여쭤봤는데 너무 친절하시게 지도에 가격이며 경로 등 스케줄을 다 짜주셨어요 사파분들은 다 친절하신것같아요. 호텔 컨디션은 모텔수준이지만 서비스면에선 5성급 못지않아요. 날씨도 않좋고 안개가 잔뜩 쌓였지만 침대가 꿉꿉하지도 않았어요

Lovely hospitality, good breakfast! Best swan towels ever. I had a very nice stay at elegance hotel during my sapa visit, staff was professional and they helped me out as soon as they heard the toilet got blocked. They made me happy changing my room straight away. Thanks you guys! Only suggestion I would say is to write explicitly close to the toilet to not flush toilet paper in any toilets to avoid these problems
