Ulasan Sapa Horizon Hotel

The hotel is located in a very good and accessible area. It is near the sapa station and sapa church. The hotel allowed us to keep our luggage while waiting for our bus going back to hanoi and even let us take shower before we leave. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They also have the best cinnamon tea (unlimited).

Location is so convenient. Near to Ham Rong Mountain, SunPlaza. Walking distance to all the eateries and shopping area. Service excellent.

Entrance to the hotel with beef noodle smell and laundry service is poor

Great hotel, super clean and with a lot of complementary services. It’s the best position you can find in Sapa, close to the main plaza but not noise at all. The workers were very nice and helpful

This is a simple, clean boutique hotel with great service, at a great location with fantastic views from balcony. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel room with all the checklists.

Clean room and they do have heater if you are going there during the cold season. Staff are friendly. However, I am not very happy with the breakfast. Requested for the pineapple pancake, and one of the staff she got the order wrong and give me a banana pancake. Told her, she went back to the kitchen and just put pineapple onto the banana pancake for me. Clarify but she insist that’s pineapple pancake. This is a disappointment. Due to double pan fry, it is way too oily. What I can say is, the guy staff at the counter is good and welcoming. Not for the female.

I love this hotel and the staff! Welcoming and very friendly. Juz like a home staying there!! This was my 2nd stay in this marvellous hotel and with my fiancé this round! Thank you David and your staff for the best service I experienced!!

This hotel is really amazing. Location is great and walking distance to Sun Plaza where you can take the tram up to mid hill and transfer to the cable car to go up to the Fansipan mountain. Lots of restaurants and mini marts just right behind the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and genuine. They speak perfect English and provided the best services to us during our 3 nights stay. Buffet breakfast is good too. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay here when they come Sapa!

Good hotel, nice view also good service

We were well received when arrived. Check in was fast and efficient. The staff brought us up to our room and clearly explained to us everything in the room. The room is very clean. The hotel near to city centre and easily can access to foods.

We got 6th floor which has amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended - you will not regret. It worths 5 stars.

早上服務員招呼好細心， 又可安排提早CI, 讓我們補回晚上周車做成的疲累。 房間佈置優雅, 有書卷味, 並有露台 , 可看下面街景 。 服務員帶引我們入房前會除鞋, 免弄污我們房間 。但每晚有一小段時間在洗手間發出少許氣味。 服務員亦我們預備美味生果。 服務員協助司機來酒店門口接我們上車。亦提供Fansipan 的旅行資料。 酒店早餐豐富， 亦可提供太陽蛋及河粉， 美味。

사파 날씨가 안좋아서 첫날빼고는 흐렸지만 숙소가 상당히 만족스러웠습니다 다른 호텔이랑 비교하면 다른곳은 도로앞에 있거나 상점가 주위에있어서 편리성이 훨씬좋겟지만 적당히 고요함을 즐기기에는 위치도 좋은데 따로 떨어진 골목쪽에 있어서 도보로 판시판열차타는곳 등등 다니기 편합니다 숙소 안에 과도칼도 있어서 과일깎아먹기도 좋아요 다음에 날씨 좋은시기쯤에 기회가 된다면 다시 오고싶어요
