Outstanding Service at Sapa Horizon Hotel We had a truly pleasant stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel, thanks to the hotel’s excellent service and warm hospitality. Special recognition goes to Tom, who speaks fluent English and is extremely considerate and attentive to guests’ needs. He went out of his way to ensure our requests were well taken care of, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The breakfast was decent, offering a selected variety with thoughtful attention to guest preferences. Overall, the service level exceeded our expectations, and the staff’s genuine care made a real difference. One small area for improvement would be the shower water temperature at room 702, which was inconsistent during our stay. We hope the hotel can address this promptly. Aside from this minor issue, everything else was excellent. We would highly recommend Sapa Horizon Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is located in a very good and accessible area. It is near the sapa station and sapa church. The hotel allowed us to keep our luggage while waiting for our bus going back to hanoi and even let us take shower before we leave. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They also have the best cinnamon tea (unlimited).

Good location, easy access to nearby church, restaurants and shops. However, ongoing construction work beside the hotel. You will hear drilling noise. A variety of food provided for breakfast but almost the same daily.

Location is so convenient. Near to Ham Rong Mountain, SunPlaza. Walking distance to all the eateries and shopping area. Service excellent.

Great hotel, super clean and with a lot of complementary services. It’s the best position you can find in Sapa, close to the main plaza but not noise at all. The workers were very nice and helpful

This is a simple, clean boutique hotel with great service, at a great location with fantastic views from balcony. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel room with all the checklists.

This hotel is really amazing. Location is great and walking distance to Sun Plaza where you can take the tram up to mid hill and transfer to the cable car to go up to the Fansipan mountain. Lots of restaurants and mini marts just right behind the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and genuine. They speak perfect English and provided the best services to us during our 3 nights stay. Buffet breakfast is good too. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay here when they come Sapa!

Good hotel, nice view also good service

I arrived early in the morning by sleeping train, and I was so grateful for the early check-in. The room condition was excellent. It is near Sun World, so it is close to major tourist attractions, so it is a great accommodation. The reception staff were very kind, so I felt very good. I am very satisfied with Sapa Horizon Hotel.

The waiter was very attentive in the morning and could arrange an early CI, allowing us to make up for the fatigue caused by the bus in the evening. The room is elegantly decorated with a bookish feel and has a terrace with a view of the street below. The waiter would remove our shoes before ushering us into the room to avoid staining our room. But there was a slight smell in the bathroom for a short period of time every night. The waiter also prepared delicious fruits for us. The waiter assisted the driver to pick us up at the door of the hotel and board the car. Fansipan travel information is also provided. The hotel has a rich breakfast, including sun-roasted eggs and rice noodles, which are delicious.
