My wife and I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for our entire visit. The room was immaculate, offering comfort and luxury that exceeded our expectations. Located conveniently, we found it easy to explore the surrounding area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was fantastic, with excellent service from the friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Although the spa wasn't open during New Year's, there are other places nearby for massages. However, note that they don't offer currency exchange services but refer you to an external store which charges 10%. Instead of this convenience fee, it's better to walk a little further out and use an ATM. Overall experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing!

I would like to give my biggest appreciation to Bamboo Sapa Hotel specially to the receptionist and also to the bellman named Mr. San and the pool attendant and all the staff at there who assisted us in our stay at the property. I highly reccommend this place! Noce amenities and amazing views

Excellent service from the front desk, helped us book our sleeper bus, tickets for the cable car and also answered all of our questions. Room was lovely with a wonderful view.

Amazing Hotel in Sapa. The breakfast Buffet was great. The rooms were huge and very clean . It is safe and peaceful . The staff is also amazing and very nice. I highly recommend this place.

I recommend that it’s a nice hotel when you’re visiting to Sapa. Because it’s quite convenient to go around and it has a good kitchen which offers local food like PHO and others and also u can have your breakfast with a stunning mountain view just sitting above the private pool.
