Amazing stay near the ricefields of northen Vietnam. Western and Asian breakfast with many options. The room is really nice and spacious with a comfortable bathroom. Especially amazing is the hotspring area. Totally worth it!

I posted pictures of the Studio Bungalow in my previous review. Actually they should be pictures of the Glenwood room as I tried 2 different types of room. In this review I post the pictures of Glenwood room then. I love both rooms as they are very comfortable. Very new and clean bed linens. Outdoor hot spring pool is on the other side of the street and downhill. The cool water pool is near the restaurant and is on the hill. Stunning plum flowers in white. Thanks the lady in Reception counter who worked in the morning on Jan 31st. She phoned the immigration number and informed me the information I needed. After checking out we waited for the bus going to our next destination. The security staff saw that we waited for too long so he offered some help. The lady who worked in the restaurant remember us when we had dinner so she greeted us when seeing us waiting for the bus. We are so impressed that they are very happy to communicate and help the guests. It’s a very large resort so minimum 2 nights are recommended, other no way you can enjoy all they have to offer.

The hotel is newly built and the view is quite good. It is vale for money.

처음 도착했을 때 리조트 앞에 펼쳐진 수려한 경관이 나를 매료시켰다. 특히 넓은 면적에 다양한 형태의 숙소와 짚라인과 클라이밍 그리고 게임 등 각종 편의 시설들과 전망 좋은 레스토랑 앞에 있는 풀장은 몇 일 휴식을 취하기에는 정말 좋은 곳이다. 그러나 무깡짜이 대표 관광지인 케익 모양의 계단식 논을 보기 위해서는 40km를 가야 하는 불편함이 다소 흠이라면 흠이다. 리조트 내는 전기차를 제공해서 이동을 하고 주변을 돌기 위해서는 베트남 돈으로 20만 동을 주면 오토바이를 하루 빌릴 수 있다. 아침 식사는 괝찮았고 특히 하루 숙박 당 한 매를 주는 30만동 짜리 바우쳐는 저녁 식사를 할 때 정말 유용했고 지배인은 남아프리카 출신 남자가 하고 있어 식당에서 손님들에게 불편함이 없는 지 물어보는 친절을 보였다.

I had great rest at this location, it wat really perfect, the service, atmosphere, the food, and the hot spring, all was perfect. It’s in the middle of village, with a nice view of a beautiful rice terrace, which make you stay more comfortable Special thanks to Mr. Hilton, the general manager.

Excellent place to stay for relax. The resto was not so good, the breakfast is so poor. The dinner and lunch have not much choice. The hot spring pool water not really so clean and crowded. The staffs are helpful and nice. Beautiful gardens. Bangalows are comfortable

I reserved 2 nights at the resort as a Xmas gift for my fiancé, and we have an amazing time at the resort. Our perfect day started with ziplining downhill (amazing view!), then climbed at the tree top adventure park (level 2 is quite challenging but the staff is so encouraging), enjoyed a great lunch at the restaurant, relaxed at the outdoor and private indoor hot spring, then visited the nearby fairy cave before heading back to hot pot dinner, we enjoyed the night time hot spring once more time before heading back to sleep. We stayed at the Glenwood room, which gives amazing view of the valley as we woke up to a cloud covered valley. The facility is huge and well blended with the surrounding nature (wooden and bamboo structures and details). It's walkable for those who like to walk, but it can be a bit long and hilly after a long day of activities. In such case, you can always call for a buggy to pick you up. It's not the rice season so the fields are all brown and empty. However, the place is still very enjoyable with great vow, with way fewer guests. We'll be back during the rice season to enjoy the view better!

Absolutely amazing location and hot springs, has the worst service I've ever had , worst than bia Hoi. So let start : we booked by the hotel Facebook page , or so we thought , all the brand logos , phone number and etc . We paid the requested deposit, and we're instructed to pay the remaining on the hotel , we take extra days of as is a birthday celebration, and drive all the 5 hours from hanoi , reach the hotel make check in , receptionist ask for the remaining and deposit for any additional, give him my card, they charge , I sign the bill, and get to the room and that should be it it , now we are on the hotel , with deposit and cards registered at the reception, 30 minutes after our phone is being blasted by they Facebook page and being called that we have not fully paid we call the reception to find out , they can't say what is wrong. We ask them to deal with their reservation team and charge all on the card , I asked then to ask their front office manager to call me when they find out but to stop calling and bothering. That's doesn't happen , turn the phone off and go with our days. We reached the restaurant, only restaurant on the place , first we have to go find a server to ask for menus etc , and when we see , full karaoke, and vinahouse happening at full volume , we ask if that can't be stopped, it can't, so mind you will have dinner on a bia Hoi, with full shouting , terrible beats at deafening volume . at some point he manager comes apologizes, give some excuses about the karaoke things and we go to our room ( have to remark that food was great ) and they brought my wife a cute bday cake ( a effort for restaurant), this is 10 pm , we turn the phones on , they are still calling , we can't even listen to any music as as the phone keeps ringing, but no call from front office , or anyone. Next morning we wake up go to the spring that is amazing , on the way back there the phone goes again . We come for breakfast speak with general manager and complain about , that makes no sense we beings hassled while we are staying with them , while we have paid already, and booked direct . He apologizes again , say that gonna sort out , come back say that is done and we shouldn't receive more calls , that we book trough a 3 parties agencies, we highlight that is their Facebook direct booking, he explain that a agencie operates their page ,I highlight that as a guest is their internal issue and that i paid and should not be harassed and that he spoke with them and sort it out offer us a dinner ( which makes no difference as our next meal are already paid with the room booking)or for us to have lunch , however we wish and that they will sort it out on chrck out so no staff should be bothering us with bill . we had other plans for lunch and We go with our day , in the afternoon the calls and messages continue , we call front office, gm is no longer there and they can't connect, at this . We go for dinner , no issues , waiters

The Hotel is well located with view of the mountains and rice terrace fields. Our bungalow is very nice and comfortable with large soft clean bed’s linen. The cuisine in the restaurant is correct and the service overall are good. We will come back definitely.

This is the only “good” hotel in the Tule/Mu Cang Chai area and they take advantage of that with their rates. The positive is the view and the location. Unfortunately they don’t live to the standard (How on earth is this going Banyan Tree!!!!) 1-Rooms are very very small. Only the bed fits and you can’t walk around to the hangers (no closet) on the side, as there is no space. If you have big suitcases, I don’t think you can open them inside the room. Chairs only outside in the balcony area, no other place to sit or place your things 2-Bathroom has no door, no towel hangers (not even one hook), shades are very thin (most likely people outside can see you in the shower) 3-Food is very limited and not good at all. Disappointing since Vietnamese food is very tasty. Well not here, not even coffee is well prepared. Prepare to pay extra for all drinks, even water 4-Most people use golf carts (non electric, not very sustainable) to move around the resort. So it takes a loong time to get anywhere, since you have to wait to be driven around. Walking is possible except to go down/outside (hot springs) of the hotel or to the top for the zipline 5-Check your bill vs your reservation or they will try to charge you extras if you don’t insist on getting what you had in your original reservation 6-The hotel doesn’t have tours, so arrange yourself a guide if you are going there to visit the area 7-Staff tries but they have not been trained or have the resources to provide good service. They are overwhelmed clearly not enough people to tend a property this size I wouldn’t go back or recommend this hotel. It is already hard to get from Hanoi to this area of Vietnam and you can’t even relax in a good room after 5-6hours of car.
