Although the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be, the hotel is not up to par for its price, expectations and cleanliness. First, for me, WiFi and internet connectivity is important, and I had so many problems just getting online in general. Secondly, airport shuttle only runs 7am to 11pm, very inconvenient if your flight arrives late, as mine did and it cost 29 dollars by taxi, or leaves early, which required me to change hotels. Third, I was placed in a handicapped room, I’m not handicapped, older, yes, but quite able. Last, cleanliness was lacking, see pictures, holes and marks on the wall and a coffee pot that didn’t work, and also a phone in the room that also didn’t work. Like I said, staff is friendly, but the product not worth the cost.

Staff who dealt check-in was good. But the location was so close to the highway. And I saw small insect in a bathroom. I can’t confidently say it was cleaned.
I had to give a Visa card for deposit pending and when I went in to get it in the when I was checking out she told me I'd get it back in 5 to 7 days well it was supposed to be pending not taking off of my card and then she told me to wait outside because her maid wasn't here to go check the room there's plenty of seating in there there's a TV I could have waited in there I am 65 year old disabled woman and she wanted me to stand outside and wait till her maid got back to go check the room and then she proceeded to get into a fight with a gentleman friend that was also on my business trip with me and they had some words out I had nothing to do with that he was just trying to protect me because I said I was disabled and elderly so they got their little yelling match and she still refused to release the pending on my card and would have the room checked when she damn right could have it checked and that I was messing with the wrong person and I needed to be fixed and I needed to wait outside still because she wasn't going to let me sit in there and I had nothing to do with this I just want the pending lifted off of my card it's that simple she took it to a degree of 10 when it should have been a 1 to 0 now I have to sit here and wait for the police so I can get the pending lifted off of my card I should have been able to go on with my day simple as that she made it into a entirely huge issue she should have never asked me to wait outside in the first place

This hotel is a dump, sheets were atained with dark grease, door had been kicked in and not repaired properly, bathroom door looked like it had been eaten by mice. Right beside the highway, very noisey. Never again. The outside os the property was filthy.

This place would have negative stars if it were an option! There is no words to describe how bad this place was. It was dirty is an UNDER STATEMENT found feces on the blanket. The shower knob would only spin so there was no adjusting it. They had an airport shuttle which I was told you just called and requested but upon landing was informed it only ran every hour and when we finally saw the shuttle it never stopped and was informed that we would have to wait another hour to catch it, when we had already been waiting over an hour. I was traveling with two seniors and a disabled person. The first hour it never showed up. Decided to catch an uber and when we complained was told there is nothing that can be done. There was no manager on duty. Employee REFUSED to give me a number for the owner or corporate. After finding feces on the blanket, we attempted to get another blanket was told they were locked up and only the manager had a key and because the hotel was booked up, they probably didn't have any anyways because they only have enough for each room. This was just a place to lay our head for the night as we were leaving for Alaska the next morning. We had a small spray can of Lysol so we sprayed the bed down, and fought through the night. My parents were in another room where they found feces on the chair in their room and the shower only trickled. I am not a picky person and don't require much other than clean and functional and because they offered shuttle service it should have been provided in an acceptable manner. The gentleman who checked us in was ok and you could tell he felt bad about our situation but the woman working the counter the next morning showed nothing, and you could tell she didn't care about anything and didn't attempt to make anything right. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. I WISH WE WOULD HAVE SPENT THE NIGHT IN THE AIRPORT. I THINK THE STREETS WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER!

Only good thing I can say is the bed was comfortable. Broken tiles in the bathroom floor, AC wasn't completely installed, needed fresh paint on the walls, door jam wasn't installed correctly. Front desk girl said we had to pay a refundable deposit of $100 at time of check in. Had 2 beds but only 2 packs of coffee. When I went in to see what was for breakfast I also ask to have more coffee packs put in the room with fresh cups. I could have gotten a better breakfast at 7-11. Left for the day an came back to my key not working. When I went into the office I was told that it must have only been programmed for 1 night not 2. Went back to the room to find no coffee or cups. Went to dinner with family an came back to find a truck an trailer that belonged to an employee blocking not only the drive way but also parking place meaning I couldn't even get into the park in front of my room. So another trip to the office to get this handled an get coffee for the next morning. Checked out and it was insisted that I had to show my Drivers license to get it. We were on vacation an this was day 2 an 3 of it. I advised that the ONLY reason we were staying was to keep my son from giving up his bed an that had we not paid for 2 night in advance ($258) we would have left the first night
