Hotel was clean and staff were nice. My only issue was a guy that was not a guest was using the lobby computer at night. The way he looked at me made me feel unsafe, as I was using the smoking section out by the pool. The way the staff acted toward him made it seem like the guy comes in a lot. The front desk lady was very nice at check in. Lots of food options very close which was very nice!

The door for the key entrance not working, phone not working. Pools not clear or accessible. Poor customer service.

Very friendly staff, super clean. The best most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in with just as amazing pillows. What really put this stay over the top was all the soaps were Dove. Hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Mmmmmm also had a pool and hot tub which was open. Breakfast was really good too! 10/10 would recommend!

The morning breakfast options were limited and underwhelming. The presence of homeless people on the property made us feel insecure. Aside from that, there were multiple instances of cockroaches present in our room.

My family of five spent the night at the Holiday Inn and we were seriously disappointed that a family of like 7 or 8 people were allowed to stay in one room next to us. They had about 5 or 6 children and they continued to slam their doors and yell and scream until nearly 1am. I finally got out of bed, and got dressed and went to the front desk to notify the staff (as we were on 1st floor). I could literally hear the screaming and slamming doors as I spoke to the front desk. They were uninterested and said they’d “let them know” and went back outside to smoke. Terrible experience with no sleep for my family!

Parking up front and around the property. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice and courteous. The room had coffee, fridge, microwave, iron/board and hairdryer. The breakfast was adequate but lacking, but this is my personal taste maybe not someone elses. Overall, I’d stay again.
