The room we booked had a balcony, which was great for ventilation, but it was a shared balcony with the room opposite, with no partition in between. The shuttle service was quite convenient. After landing, I called the hotel (the operator was rude), then exited T2, crossed a small road, and waited for the shuttle there. There were signs, so it was easy to find. The shuttle driver was a grumpy old man. The hotel front desk service was good. Also, if you lock your door at night, remember to unlock it the next day. If you don't, you won't be able to open the door with your card after closing it, which is very troublesome. The room's cleanliness was decent, though the windows were very dirty. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was mediocre and exactly the same two days in a row.

Very nice friendly staff. The room was spacious and had all the amenities one would require. Multiple parking options too. We were told at check-in that no housekeeping service would be available for this booking. However, it was a pleasant surprise to find that housekeeping had visited after the 2nd night.

I missed my car pick-up time, so I booked this hotel at the last minute for a temporary stay. All the rental car companies are within walking distance, and the room was clean, bright, and quiet. I slept really well at night.

My experience was very positive overall. The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient, which made me feel welcomed from the start. The facilities were clean, well-maintained and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, I would suggest that bottled water be available in the room for added convenience. I also really enjoyed the food, it was fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful, with good variety. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

Exceeded my expectations! The service attitude, room facilities, and even the free shuttle bus to the airport were all fantastic! If you're looking for a hotel near Melbourne Airport, I highly recommend staying at Mantra. (The rooms were also newer and bigger than I imagined, which was a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff were super friendly too – so much better than the Mantra at Sydney Airport 🙇)

It was decent. The location is quite close to the airport, and they offer a free shuttle service. The room was spacious, but they don't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, so you'll need to bring your own. The mini-bar was a nice touch.

The room is outstanding, i like the table near the window where you can eat and or watch tv, the room is spacious and clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the staff are very nice, they even extended my stay for one hour. I also like the tea and coffee set.

The hotel is near to the airport and free shuttle provide without any reservations. Overall, I’m satisfied with the hotel. Worth it.

Very nice hotel, bed is amazing and comfortable. Room is so spacious. Friendly staff. So close to the airport, transport was easy as there was a shuttle from and to the airport. We'll definately return again.

We were in Mantra Melbourne airport for a night for our transit flight. Service was great with free airport shuttle, staffs are friendly.

The location is good, very near the airport. The shuttle bus is very prompt.
