Very average hotel, in need of upgrading. We were woken up at 5am by the "elephants" in the room above us... who never stopped while we were there. We couldn't call the front desk to have them take care of it because the phone was not connected. The walls and ceilings are very thin. If you want a good nights sleep, go somewhere else.
We didnt even stay for the continental breakfast... basic hotel.

The inside of the hotel was dirty, the floors needed cleaning especially the hallway, The door into the bathroom didn't close all the way. The toilet seat was loose and coming off, the sink was nasty, Then finally in the morning the toilet would not flush, we were having to use a plunger. If I hadn't already paid the bill, we would have started looking for a new place to stay.

Besides the rude staff and the lies about breakfast being biscuits and gravy, it wasnt the worst ive been to. Id probably stay again considering the price.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rates were very reasonable. The facility is a bit dated, but rather well kept. Great location for the events center. Overall an excellent value. Some nights had some slamming doors, not for people being rude, but rather no felt or rubber softeners on the doors.

You pay for what you get. The AC in the room didn’t work, the security latch on the door was barely attached and people kept trying to get into the wrong rooms. Definitely would not recommend for a family.

Nice and clean, very attentive staff. Breakfast was just ok. Not many options, cereal, oatmeal and a waffle.
I will stay again.

This is a good middle of the road hotel to stay in when you dont want to spend a lot of money. My husband and his friend stayed there to go to the Darryl Starbird car show so they didn't spend much time in the hotel, only to sleep. He said it was a nice hotel for the price.

Once getting into the room a mouse ran across the room.

The GM yrued to charge my card $50. For a hole in the wall behind tbe door. I seen the hole she was talking about but i did not do it. She stated that her head housekeeper reported it and that i did it. Without even asking me she tried to charge me. I let her know her HH WAS WRONG AND WASNT CHECKING HER ROOMS GOOD AFTER EVERY GUEST. THE GM also helped me with my reservation for 2 night and then on 2nd day she says that a boat show is coming and no one can stay over again i explained I had a prior reservation. It didn't matter. I could of been staying there for the boat show myself. Not impressed by her at all. Below average is the best I can say for her. Other staff was professional and helpful
