This resort is not on the beach, but I didn't even miss it because they have their amazing beach club!! The staff is so sweet and polite, the rooms are huge and beautiful, the food is so delicious. I could go on and on! There are only 3 restaurants for dinner, but the menus are so large that you definitely want to go back twice! At Jasmine, we went and got a few different things one night and the next night we just did sushi. So amazing!

I was staying at the New Secrets Tulum and I can only say good things about the hotel, the service that everyone offers is very good, the facilities are very nice, everywhere you walk you find pools and bars to spend a very pleasant day. And if all the pools are not enough for you, they have a beach club where it is also all inclusive and you don't have to pay a lot of money for everything you ask for like in the other beach clubs in Tulum. I was in a Junior suite swim up and as anyone would think, it was not on the first floor, it was on the 2nd floor of the building where we were accommodated, you can swim in the pool at any time you want. The restaurants are as Secrets hotels are accustomed to, all are very good, and the Coco Café is open 24 hours a day in case you are craving a dessert at midnight and don't want to wait for room service. The Peruvian Asian restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. I think this Secrets Tulum is going to become my favorite of all the Secrets hotels and I will be back very soon.

I es a bit concerned about the first reviews after the opening but we just had a wonderful experience. Starting with the exceptional staff, Rodolfo, Sebastian and Luis at the Restaurants, Diana and Mario at the pools and Jorge at guest experience. Of course we noticed that the hotel just opened a week ago, but it was just details and the rooftop pool and Bluewater grill opened during our stay. Food was above our expectations, as well as the installations and architecture. The Beach club is really nice and relaxed as all the pools are. We will come back without a doubt.
