Hotel berhampiran SODILU, Tunis

Agréablement surpris, bel hôtel confortable, les chambres exécutives sont spacieuses, bien décorées, bien équipées. La literie confortable, une grande salle de bain. Grande salle de congrès au sous sol. Le personnel est aussi très sympa. J’ai pu manger au restaurant Formule buffet, bon et diversifié. Je reviendrai.

This hotel has great rooms and the location is a nice and quiet neighbourhood. It is near to the main Tunis airport and not far (using taxi) from the central Medina. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but not bad either. The staff is friendly but English is not spoken by most. The WiFi is most floors is a hit-n-miss.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Zentral gelegen. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und mit Klimaanlage und tv Gerät ausgestattet. Auto konnte in der dazugehörigen Tiefgarage geparkt werden. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

It was a smooth check in and a quiet room! I had landed late and needed just to sleep and rest! I got all I needed.

Absolument parfait! Très calme, le personnel est incroyable. La chambre est magnifique, tout comme l'hôtel.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Sheraton Tunis since 2005, enjoying consistent benefits and service. However, recent incidents have been disheartening. After an accident in the pool, a complaint was mistakenly attributed to me, leading to a refusal to renew my spa membership. This decision felt like an attempt to sidestep responsibility rather than address the situation professionally. Additionally, I was informed by a security manager, without any authority, that my membership would not be renewed. This act was both unprofessional and humiliating. Despite my loyalty, my long-standing discount was abruptly discontinued, a decision spa manager attributed to minor communication errors. These incidents reveal serious lapses in customer care and fairness. I hope Sheraton Tunis addresses these issues to maintain the trust and satisfaction of its long-term customers.

Le Chambre Bleue was an excellent bed and breakfast located just outside of the Northwestward edge of the Tunis Medina. The owner and his wife were just so incredibly kind to us and really made us feel as part of their family during our stay. Any issues were handled with hast and they were so helpful arranging transportation for us. Beer and wine was available for purchase as well as free bottle water! Will recommend Le Chambre Bleue to our Friends! Breakfast may have been the highlight though, every morning being a little different than the previous. Homemade jams and bread were a highlight!

It’s hard to find any issues with this hotel and so I’d fully recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in the centre of the city. They arranged a seamless airport transfer which, given the narrow secluded street the hotel is on, makes me wonder if a standard taxi would be able to find it so would also recommend anyone to book through the hotel! Check in was exceptionally friendly and although my room wasn’t ready at my early arrival time I was accommodated well and made to feel welcome while waiting. The interior of the building is amazing, with the different rooms, high ceilings and sense that you’re somewhere full of history and special. The scent throughout is incredible and feels like walking through a spa wherever you are. The courtyard around which the accommodation floors are located is beautiful and could almost be a destination in itself in the city. My room was on the fourth floor and seriously impressive. The size was huge, with a dedicated living area, spacious bedroom, dressing area, separate toilet, large bathroom with twin sinks, plus a bath and walk in shower. The sheer space meant there were a couple of sizeable TVs, lots of reading material, multiple complimentary bottles of water and every amenity you could think of present, including electric socket adapters in the drawers - brilliant. Electric sockets were present at both sides of the bed and there were so many light switches throughout the space to get the mood just right, The bed was massive and provided exceptional sleep quality, despite there being occasional noise from the streets below. The underfloor heating throughout the room added to the cosines and the continuation of the pleasant scent was lovely. The bathroom continued the great vibes having brilliant towels, lovely toiletries, heated towel rails, nice gowns, and so much space. In fact the only complaint I can have about the room is that the shower took a long time to get warm and there weren’t many hangers in the extensive wardrobe space! There is a nice rooftop terrace connected to the restaurant and while it doesn’t offer unobstructed views it’s a good spot to watch the sunset and get a different perspective over the Tunis rooftops. There’s a full bar available and lots of food options, but it is rather fish / seafood heavy which might not suit everyone. Presentation of the dishes is great though with everything well cooked and very tasty. The service from the staff is decent and with the couple of sofas a good spot to relax in the afternoon sun. As a more boutique hotel it was exceptional, in a prime location in the city to be able to walk to a number of key sites, and I’ll certainly be staying again when I’m next in the city.

El lugar es bonito, súper limpio y bien atendido, el internet no es bueno. Un problema serio que tuvimos fue que el establecimiento te ofrece traslados turísticos y al aeropuerto, los cuales los opera uno de los señores que trabaja en el lugar, al final solicitamos que nos llevara al aeropuerto y envío al hijo para hacer el traslado, cuando llegamos nos cobró 50% más de lo anotado, llamamos al establecimiento y señor se negó a responder y finalmente tuvimos que pagar lo que nos cobraban, lo cual nos pareció muy deshonesto, así que cuidado con este señor.

首先，剛到房間housekeeper 好像敲錯門，然後在衛生間毛巾上發現一根陌生頭髮，浴衣全是線頭，泳池做的雞尾酒不好喝，比Radisson blu差遠了，賴在設備頭上，技術有待提高。樓頂的餐廳太昏暗，菜單都看不清楚。泳池邊的餐廳不錯，餐食很好，w衹是領位的姑娘好像不知道自己在做什麼，把我們領到一個沒收拾的餐桌，但其實有很多桌子空着的。再有，酒店的標識不是很清楚，碰到很多客人都在不停的找自己的房間。早餐還是OK的。整體來講，如果以四季的標準衡量，這可能是我住過最尷尬的四季酒店了。順便說一下，花園可以再打理得仔細點。
