Rovarakka is well equipped, clean and cozy. The location is good. The area is really quiet. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. I recommend this item.

What a fantastic experience! We stayed for 4 nights at Hetta hotel in bungalow A. The bungalows are located opposite main hotel building. They are spacious, lovely and warm. Nice hot shower, everything needed to self cater if you wish - kettle, toaster, oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Food at the hotel is outstanding, there's always something for the children (e.g. chicken nuggets and chips) and a special diet section too. Water available at meal times or drinks payable at the bar (to give an idea most beers and spirits are around €8 per glass). The staff are fantastic and make the stay extra special. Oli, jinglebobs, dasher dan, gingerbread Gina, Christmas cookie katie - you're all amazing, so hard working, and made our stay so special - thankyou!! Taster sessions are perfect 👌 such a magical day! We did the snowmobile excursion over the lake which was awesome! The village is a 15 min walk there's a supermarket and a few souvenir shops. The sledging slopes are 5 min walk in opposite direction and there's a lovely visitors centre with cafe there to warm up in. We were lucky enough to see the Northern lights twice too, such a fantastic experience we'll never forget! Still at the Snow Princess on a 4 night stay. Surprisingly decent. Yes rooms are dated, stairs very steep. Looking back on previous reviews these points have been mentioned numerous times and mgt have said hope to get a renovation soon, 10 yrs down the line looks like it's still considering it. Saying the it was clean, room for 5 was small, our room was a riot with clothes everywhere. Would b good if there was somewhere you vould hang your snow suits on properly. Shower wasn't the best, luke warm. Downstairs reception area was lovely, rustic and upstairs dining area lovely too, very large room with floor to ceiling with windows and found it very cold to eat in. High ceiling won't help so wrap up when going in there. Food decent I thought, was expect it worse, food was warm, soups lovely. Food was fine abit repetitive but warm wholesome so you left full. Kids choice poor though, chips n nuggets. Sledging outside the hotel isn't great, get yourself on the ski bus timetable at reception get yourself to the northside of the fell, sledging is fab and next to the is the ski slopes. Outside the hotel turn left walk down t junction turn left then you'll see the small shopping centre, large reindeer then further another shopping mall go outside there you can find the lake along with the swing. Ensure you stay inside the poles on the lake to walk safely. So tiring with all the gear on but worth it, so it's a heavy day. Don't over pack we ended up wearing most of our clothes most days as there clean. Brought 2 cases what a waste as only changing undies etc.

Would like to give a higher rating as we had a wonderful 3 night trip to Levi but accommodation was disappointing. When booking through Tui it was not clear that we were not staying in the hotel. Was a 10 minute walk away from the main hotel, across a road, which was inconvenient as one adult with a young child in snowy conditions. When I asked if anything could be done was told a straight no by the receptionist. No Wi-Fi or internal phone to call the hotel in our apartment. Was very basic and more suited to self catering. Sauna did not work, and on our second day had no hot water for a shower. Shower leaked and soaked the bathroom floor. Was opposite a garage/supermarket so felt quite lonely and not part of the hotel complex. Was unsure the door locked properly when inside so had to put a chair and table against it to feel more secure. Friends were staying in the main hotel and had a much nicer and convenient room. Had to try to explain to my child why we did not have decorations and Christmas lights in our accommodation like them. Positive things are great location for the town and ski/sledging slope, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Would love to visit Levi again but unlikely to return to this hotel or book with Tui.

My husband and 7 year old Son and I stayed here beginning of Dec 2022. We had a standard room but it had a drying cupboard which we weren't expecting. It was brilliant, amazing view from our room, lovely modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, everywhere was spotlessly clean and looked lovely. We had buffet breakfast and dinner which I'd heard bad things about, but honestly we really liked it. They even had oat milk for me as I am dairy intolerant. I do not have a bad word to say about this hotel, we would definitely stay again! Loved the location on top of the hill, beautiful walks nearby. Perfect, especially covered in snow!

We stayed at this hotel on a half board basis which I would not recommend. We travelled as a family of three with a six-year-old. Poor choice for children. Kids buffet was haphazard, not guaranteed every night. Only one main choice for dinner so if you are vegetarian, no option for you. if there was salad there was no soup if there was soup there was no salad! Hardly any bar staff on to get a drink with your meal no one really checking dinner Tickets so you could probably eat dinner there and not pay. Aside from that room was okay. Cleaning service again is haphazard, i had to ask three times to get it cleaned. location is very central, so really handy for zero point and all main central immunities but be warned that comes at a price. It can be quite noisy. Overall I would not stay again.

Booked a 7 night trip through Inghams staying half board, 31st Dec - 7th Jan. Stayed as a family of 4 in a standard family room. Requested ground floor room, close to reception prior to arrival which we were allocated - block 9. 30 second walk to main building. Standard family room - great drying cabinet, clothes storage areas, kitchen area with sink & good size fridge. Separate kids bunk bed room divided with sliding door. Very practical, although a little plain looking. Excellent room cleaning & changing of towels - very accommodating if we were in room, came back later. Food - breakfast (7-10am) was perfect, hot buffet, bread station, waffle station, pastries/cakes, vast continental with meats & cheeses plus cereals & porridge. Dinner (5-8pm) again amazing for first 5 nights and then reduced significantly in selection (assume as hotel got quieter after new year), still filling just not inspiring! My kids said the fries were better than McDonalds!! Pools- cooler than would have liked so only visited twice, one pool heated to bath temp if you head up the steps. Kids play area (under pool area) - amazing, kids loved it! Perfect for kids ages 18 months to 16 years. Giant foam pit, ball pit, climbing frame, gaming zones, table tennis, football area and mini play areas with toys. Pool & kids play area included in our stay. Staff - all so friendly & helpful. Arrived 3.5 hours before official check in at 4pm and our room was ready. Location - perfect for skiing at Zero Point, literally a 5 min walk. Also minutes from shops/restaurants and supermarket in Levi. Would happily stay again😊
