Ulasan Best Quality Hotel Dock Milano

I had a really nice stay at this hotel, the staff were very helpful and very friendly. I would like to see more recycling bins to enable rubbish separation into plastics, paper, glass and other. Otherwise, this is a great hotel.

Just next to the Porta Susa station, easy to connect to other cities. It is also close to the city center,easy to walk to thrre

I liked my stay at Dock Milano, location is great, room was nice with a small balcony, quiet, comfortable bed, nice bathroom cosmetics.

A traditional old prestige hotel. It looks old but clean. Good location in city centre. Walking distance to most of the sightseeing place. Next to bus, metro and train station. But it needs to improve the quality of the breakfast supply.

Good value for money hotel located in the heart of Torino Porta Susa with good services.

Clean, well kept and the staff was helpful. The helped us with directions and advised us on the best places to change money and eat.

Very good hotel

I stayed in a single room for many times. The first time I stayed in 307, the hot water tap had to run for a very long time before it could get hot. Several waiters came, but they didn't understand why it wasn't hot, and they didn't change it. In the end, I had to wash my hair, and it got hot almost after I finished washing.

Not a bad hotel for its price. Very close to the station, cafe nearby, open quite late in the evening.

Turin in January had a chilly wind and was -2 to 7 degrees Celsius, but this hotel was warm from the front desk. There was no air conditioning but heating. The building is old but simple and clean. You can hear the voices from the next room, but it's just conversation, so it wasn't too much of a problem and I was able to stay comfortably. It was a bit disappointing that the contents of the trash can in the bathroom were still there. The people at the front desk were very nice. There is no kettle. Shampoo, body gel, hand soap, towels, hair dryer, and paper cups are provided.

We arrived at the airport after 11pm and arrived at the hotel after midnight, so the 24-hour check-in was very helpful. There were shower gels and other amenities, but I recommend bringing your own! It's about a 5-minute walk from the station. We took a bus from the airport and walked from PortaSusa station, but it was relatively safe and we didn't encounter any homeless people. The room was modest, but it was enough for a night's sleep. You can walk to the Royal Palace, so the location is perfect!

The hotel is very conveniently located, near the metro and the train station with trains to the airport. The building itself is old with a beautiful staircase We got a free room upgrade, the price/quality ratio was also pleasing The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is varied, you won't go hungry

The hotel is next to Porta Susa, very convenient. The front desk was very warm and friendly. I didn't have breakfast, so I don't know how it was. The room is clean and simple. Although it is close to the roadside, there is basically no noise from the double-layer windows. Considering the price and location, it feels very good.
