Hotel berhampiran China Inland Altitude of Zero, Turpan

This 4 star hotel has a goid rating on Trip.com and I can understand why. However, I liken this hotel to a 20 year old luxury car such as an E36 7 series BMW or Lexus LS 430. Exceptional and glorious when new, but getting old and tired fast. On a superficial level the rooms look grand and sumptuous, but on greater scrutiny there are issues. One if these are the carpets, which are either in dire need of steam cleaning on a forensic level of thoroughness, or outright replacement. Some sections are worn and faded, while many odd bits and pieces can be found (and felt with bare feet), that seem to have escaped the attention of the room staff, e.g toothpicks, other miscellaneous refuse deposited by previous guests. I booked a continental double room, for $68 AUD per night and there was a misalignment of the door with its frame. Large enough to see through to the outside! The room contained a sofa Comfortable enough but with fabric badly worn away. The white veneer paint on tables has seen better days. Having said all this, overall, the hotel offers rooms of a relatively high standard. Ornate furnishings, large, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a huge bathroom with sufficient water pressure and responsive hot water on demand (bathroom has a smart lighting arrangement which switches on via a sensor). There are a dozen individual controls for room lighting. Lots of cupboards and drawers and powerpoints where needed. There is a gym but for some undisclosed reason is currently closed, of February 2024. Is a buffet style restaurant with several guests dining in it which looked very well staffed. Reception will go out of their way to give assistance with arranging tours, ordering taxis etc, and try to ensure guests are satisfied. In summary, the hotel looks good and to some extent is good, but may not be worth paying $50 US a night to stay in and was a little disappointing.

The best hotel in this price range that I stayed in in China! Room nicely decorated and functional, very clean (bathroom as well), breakfast good, staff helpful, great view over the city, good location right next to the bazar. Nothing to complain about at all.

個人總體感覺星級：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 💰性價比極高。 🏠酒店地理位置優越。樓下就有超市、葯房、餐館。不遠處大馬路就有公交車站直達吐魯番北站和一些重要景點。 🧑🤝🧑接待人員工作態度專業嚴謹。接人待物熱情友好。✨同行法國公民酒店直接出入境部門網絡系統便捷登記。中國公民也僅需出示身份證即可很快辦理入住手續。 🚽房間寬敞明亮、乾淨整潔、內外裝修風格現代精緻、基礎設施齊全: 機器人送外賣、電梯、智能馬桶、電視、空調、淋浴器、吹風機、沐浴液、洗髮香波、一次性拖鞋、熱水器、桌椅、以及免費兩瓶礦泉水以及茶葉。（紅茶、綠茶均有） 🤖：電子智能語音控制非常高級。可以語音操作房間裏幾乎所有的一切設施。 All in all, 非常值得推薦收藏！👍🏿🤠

Отель расположен прямо в центре города, рядом много магазинов, аптека, рестораны, памятник ”путешествовию на запад”. Чисто, аккуратно, персонал готов помочь.

Hotel location is perfect with many eateries and shopping areas nearby. Breakfast is perfect with many choices. What really stands out however is their service. We were given a free room upgrade when we arrived. The view from the 15/F through the large bay windows is just superb. The hotel manager speaks good English and goes out of his way to assist us getting our excess luggage sent out by courier. Our train tickets to our next location (Urumqi) were cancelled the day before our travel and the manager gave us good advice on the options. Other hotel staff were very courteous. Nice free transport to the train station when we left too.

Nice local design. Great welcome by reception staff. Very same at check-out. Accomodations are excellent. Plenty of food at breakfast buffet.

本來訂的大床房，給升級成了高級大床房，房間超級大，乾淨衞生。服務很好，注重細節，給免費送了茶葉、水果和酸奶。早餐不錯，種類很豐富。給免費延長了3小時退房，很好的一次入住體驗。

環境還不錯，據說二三四號樓為政府指定接待會議樓，衹對外開放一五號樓。一號樓設施較舊，地漏有異味並處理不了。服務較差：介紹的司機師傅大忽悠騙人了，說上高速沒見收費站，結果小路高速顛簸，為趕時間說這也沒必要去那也不好看…；旅行基本用品如插頭轉換；充電器等都提供不了；退房卡信息不對當遺失賠錢，50大元買了個房卡紀念😬吃的不好說了，可能是口味和習慣不一樣吧…以前很少評價，衹是體驗太不舒服，按實情發泄一下吧😂

和女兒國慶一起出來旅遊，第一站是吐魯番，因為非常喜歡吃葡萄所以選擇了葡萄溝的阿凡提莊園。剛下飛機管家就打電話確認住宿時間和安排，非常貼心。打車到了莊園門口也有管家進來幫忙拿行李送到房間，辦理入住時準備好了葡萄和西瓜，很熱情。 酒店環境很好，莊園曲徑通幽，大片果林葡萄架井然有序，獨棟住房、三角房、葡萄藤下特色房滿足各種需求；房內維吾爾族經典裝飾，窗明幾凈、乾淨衞生富有維族特色。 剛下飛機我們趕上了難得一見吐魯番下了一場雨，天氣比預計的冷很多，幸好酒店房間非常暖和乾淨，有小愛同學智能語音，24小時熱水很方便。 早上起床了跟管家説一聲早餐可以送到葡萄藤下，不過這兩天太冷了還是去大廳用餐了。 我們總共住了兩天，第一天我們去景點時王管家知道了還專門送了水和一袋葡萄過來讓我們帶在路上吃，非常熱情的小夥子。 第二天早上退房前逛了一下莊園和葡萄溝，莊園左側是葡萄園，我們入住時葡萄都已經曬成葡萄乾啦，非常可惜。莊園進門右側有一些小動物，臨走時還有非常熱情的小毛驢，散養着出來溜達了（工作人員提醒不要走驢後面小心被踢），聽説這個驢在莊園都是吃葡萄哈密瓜喂大的，感覺驢生很幸福啊。 臨走時我突發奇想把葡萄栽種回家裡試試，很感動王管家知道後幫我專門包好了葡萄枝，教我回去種一下試試，希望回去種了可以長出來我最喜歡吃的無核白。 這次吐魯番住的很開心，希望七八月葡萄成熟的季節可以再過來吃葡萄。
