OOtautahianAs at August 2022, there is daily mucelic acid testing in the park next to the hotel, from 08:20-11:00. Using the Xinjiang health code, I was able to get tested there (as a foreigner) and the results showed up on the app. So, I didn't need to go into a hospital. The hotel is also a short walk away from the museum and a main street with a lot of restaurants that seemed to be popular. Taxis regularly passed in front of the hotel (Didi took a while, in my experience). My room was wide and bright, including the toilet and shower. In fact, the entire hotel feels wide - the lobby, breakfast room, the carpark. The staff were all helpful, even with my poor Chinese and their limited English. The breakfast selection was fair, and everyone seemed to enjoy the food.

PPengguna TetamuHotel location is perfect with many eateries and shopping areas nearby. Breakfast is perfect with many choices. What really stands out however is their service. We were given a free room upgrade when we arrived. The view from the 15/F through the large bay windows is just superb. The hotel manager speaks good English and goes out of his way to assist us getting our excess luggage sent out by courier. Our train tickets to our next location (Urumqi) were cancelled the day before our travel and the manager gave us good advice on the options. Other hotel staff were very courteous. Nice free transport to the train station when we left too.

PPengguna Tetamu和女兒國慶一起出來旅遊，第一站是吐魯番，因為非常喜歡吃葡萄所以選擇了葡萄溝的阿凡提莊園。剛下飛機管家就打電話確認住宿時間和安排，非常貼心。打車到了莊園門口也有管家進來幫忙拿行李送到房間，辦理入住時準備好了葡萄和西瓜，很熱情。 酒店環境很好，莊園曲徑通幽，大片果林葡萄架井然有序，獨棟住房、三角房、葡萄藤下特色房滿足各種需求；房內維吾爾族經典裝飾，窗明幾凈、乾淨衞生富有維族特色。 剛下飛機我們趕上了難得一見吐魯番下了一場雨，天氣比預計的冷很多，幸好酒店房間非常暖和乾淨，有小愛同學智能語音，24小時熱水很方便。 早上起床了跟管家説一聲早餐可以送到葡萄藤下，不過這兩天太冷了還是去大廳用餐了。 我們總共住了兩天，第一天我們去景點時王管家知道了還專門送了水和一袋葡萄過來讓我們帶在路上吃，非常熱情的小夥子。 第二天早上退房前逛了一下莊園和葡萄溝，莊園左側是葡萄園，我們入住時葡萄都已經曬成葡萄乾啦，非常可惜。莊園進門右側有一些小動物，臨走時還有非常熱情的小毛驢，散養着出來溜達了（工作人員提醒不要走驢後面小心被踢），聽説這個驢在莊園都是吃葡萄哈密瓜喂大的，感覺驢生很幸福啊。 臨走時我突發奇想把葡萄栽種回家裡試試，很感動王管家知道後幫我專門包好了葡萄枝，教我回去種一下試試，希望回去種了可以長出來我最喜歡吃的無核白。 這次吐魯番住的很開心，希望七八月葡萄成熟的季節可以再過來吃葡萄。

WWangchaozhou嘿，這家酒店真的太棒了！必須得好好誇誇。 先説設施吧，房間裏啥都有，該有的都不缺。床特別舒服，睡上去就跟在雲朵裏似的。衞生間的設備也都好使的。 衞生那更是沒話説。房間打掃得乾乾淨淨。床單被罩都很乾凈，沒有一點異味。衞生間也沒有水漬啥的，讓人住着特別放心。 環境也超讚。酒店周圍的風景很美，綠化做得特別好。往窗外一看，感覺心情都變好了。而且酒店的建築也很漂亮，很有特色。 重點得説説服務。這家酒店的服務真的是太好了！工作人員都特別熱情，會很貼心地問你的需求。有啥問題找他們，都能很快地解決。他們還幫忙聯繫安排了沙漠沖沙的旅遊服務體驗。那個沖沙真的太刺激了，玩得特別開心。要不是酒店幫忙安排，我們還不知道有這麼好玩的項目呢。 總之，這家酒店真的是超級棒，以後要是再來這裏，肯定還住這兒。強烈推薦給大家！

EemdethuongFirst and foremost, this hotel accepts foreigners. The hotel is quite ok but not great. I booked a no-window non-smoking room (don’t do it, go for room with window) because I thought there is more chance people still smoke in non-smoking rooms with windows. The first room they gave me, put the key card on and electricity didn’t work. Waited for them to check with no result so I was relocated to another room. It’s non-smoking but I can clearly smell the smoke. Took 2 days for the smoke smell to go away which is a pity. The room is small but enough for a solo like me. Each floor they built 4 lines of rooms, the 2 middle lines stay wall-to-wall to each other and are the ‘no-window’ rooms. I would definitely recommend you to choose the room with window, because it means you don’t share a lot of ‘walls’ to other room and have a window to open at least for circulation if room is smelly or if room is too hot. In my case, my room smells smoke, and the room heater system only allows 34-37 degree celsius which is crazy! Very hot if turned on so I had to turn it off the whole time I stay at the hotel. Even though it is winter time, the whole hotel is already on heater. Unable to adjust room temperature is annoying because it means no air circulation. There is a blowing machine (similar to a fan) in the room but it is not efficient quickly enough. The room feels extremely suffocating. I did really wish for a window. Also because the no-window rooms share 3 walls with other rooms (not counting the upper floor), it’s more bad-luck chances for weird noise. In my case, I had to endure one whole freaking night with 2 loud Uyghur couples who cannot hold themselves back from banging the freak out and making all kinds of terrible terrible noise. Seems like no soundproof for these walls.

VVSTBoth of us stayed here for four nights. Upon arrival at 10pm, the front desk ladies were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was upgraded for free and we spent four quiet and peaceful nights sleeping in this huge room. The location of this hotel is strategic, walking distance to Turpan museum, shopping malls and food stalls, restaurants and lots of eateries. The hotel also provides a self-service laundry room, equipped with two washing machines and two dryers. The breakfast provided was fantastic and scrumptious. We paid 30yuan to travel from/to Turpan North railway station to this hotel. We would recommend people visiting Turpan to stay here.

MmarkThis 4 star hotel has a goid rating on Trip.com and I can understand why. However, I liken this hotel to a 20 year old luxury car such as an E36 7 series BMW or Lexus LS 430. Exceptional and glorious when new, but getting old and tired fast. On a superficial level the rooms look grand and sumptuous, but on greater scrutiny there are issues. One if these are the carpets, which are either in dire need of steam cleaning on a forensic level of thoroughness, or outright replacement. Some sections are worn and faded, while many odd bits and pieces can be found (and felt with bare feet), that seem to have escaped the attention of the room staff, e.g toothpicks, other miscellaneous refuse deposited by previous guests. I booked a continental double room, for $68 AUD per night and there was a misalignment of the door with its frame. Large enough to see through to the outside! The room contained a sofa Comfortable enough but with fabric badly worn away. The white veneer paint on tables has seen better days. Having said all this, overall, the hotel offers rooms of a relatively high standard. Ornate furnishings, large, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a huge bathroom with sufficient water pressure and responsive hot water on demand (bathroom has a smart lighting arrangement which switches on via a sensor). There are a dozen individual controls for room lighting. Lots of cupboards and drawers and powerpoints where needed. There is a gym but for some undisclosed reason is currently closed, of February 2024. Is a buffet style restaurant with several guests dining in it which looked very well staffed. Reception will go out of their way to give assistance with arranging tours, ordering taxis etc, and try to ensure guests are satisfied. In summary, the hotel looks good and to some extent is good, but may not be worth paying $50 US a night to stay in and was a little disappointing.
