Room with bad odours…. AC not working properly in room and throughout the hotel premises. Staff not friendly with business visitors.

Very old hotel, but complimentary breakfast is good. Restaurant is too costly but the quantity is very less. No additional rooms for drivers

Okay with the ambience and comfort. But not worth for money. I felt maintenance is required for cupboard and rest rooms. Breakfast is perfect, food is good

Firstly, i must commend the overall infrastructure of the hotel, which left a positive impression on me. The ample car parking, well-designed reception area, and the aesthetically pleasing restaurant space contributed to a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the room size was satisfactory, enhancing the overall stay. However, improvements required in terms of facility maintenance. It was evident that while the hotel was initially well-constructed, there are signs of wear and tear that need addressing. Instances of water seepages have led to an unpleasant smell in certain areas, and i observed the presence of smaller cockroaches. Furthermore, there were limitations in the availability of hot water. On a positive note, the restaurant stood out with its impressive menu, and the breakfast offerings were truly delightful. The space itself added to the overall dining experience. However, it's worth mentioning that the regular order service was relatively slow.

Had a confirmation email sent by this hotel for an online booking, that I did 10 days before my visit. But when I reached hotel that morning with my family, the guy at the reception said no rooms available. Online booking doesn't mean anything. He said I should have called the hotel to confirm the same. Moreover, the check-in is from 12 noon to 12 noon. So for my stay for 1 day (7am to 6pm) I should pay for 2 days. Disgusting ! The local auto driver suggested “KANI RESIDENCY” which is also 3 star & was reasonably good. Check-out is 24hrs from check-in
