The window near by stairs, sunshine isn't enough. Strong voice from AC

The room was clean, conveniently located near the city center, and the front desk and security staff were friendly and enthusiastic.

Hotel is fine, no issues with it. Let the taps run for a bit to have a warm shower. Service was disappointing. After checking in, I went to shower and found the shampoo dispenser hadn’t been filled. While trying to get a few drops out, it slipped from my hand and shattered. I reported it to reception, who laughed and immediately told me I owed money. I felt this was unreasonable given it was an accident caused in part by the dispenser not being properly stocked by housekeeping. I also asked where the charge was stated, as it wasn’t included on the list in the room. I was told to speak to the manager the next morning. When I returned, the manager wasn’t there, and a junior staff member showed me a freshly printed policy that now included the 160k charge and told me to pay. The whole situation felt poorly handled. Fair enough to pay for the damages (and I did), but a little bit of back and forth and empathy and understanding would have been good. (After all that - never did get any shampoo 😂)

I booked a deluxe double room with a window on Trip.com, but when I arrived to check in, they said the room was already occupied. There was no apology, no solution offered other than assigning me a different room. The soundproofing isn't great, so you can easily hear loud conversations from other rooms. The TV only has regular channels, no Netflix or YouTube.

The furniture is a bit old, but the location is very convenient, making it easy to get around to various tourist spots. It's also close to many dining options.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, with great service. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Its central location in Tuy Hoa makes it convenient for visiting many attractions. Overall, the hotel is excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Phu Yen 🥰

We absolutely love the hotel, enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. Everyone are very pleasant and helpful, exceptional to one person that she is not very pleasant with greeting. Also, we are against the smoker, allowing to smoke on the hallway of our floor and sadly the hotel does not enforcing to stop the smokers from refraining from smoking, that causes a lot of headaches.

Staff friendly. Hotel on the budget and quite area. There is a small parking for motobikes.

The air conditioning was great, the water pressure was good, and it was perfect for a solo stay.

One night stop over to sleep and shower. Hotel was ideal for us. Comfortable and clean. Beach is not far and also night market and restaurants. Good value.
