Charged twice for deposit ! Actually 3 times !! Then thought the key didn’t work but front desk person had to force his way in room. Room was hot and had flies !! Terrible old furniture and bed. All in all it was a horrible experience and hotel. Never stay there

I was trying to book another hotel in the area when the agent suggested this hotel as one similar to the hotel I was trying to book. When I arrived, I discovered this is a motel with doors that open to the outside to a narrow drive and fenced parking area. There were several construction crews at this motel and men milling about and sitting in their trucks. After checking in, I drove to my room and decided I did not feel safe and I returned to the front desk to speak to the employee. I let him know my safety concerns and he responded that it was a safe neighborhood because a lot of their customers walked to the gas station down the street without problems (great!) I let him know that I was misinformed during the registration and would like to cancel. The employee stated that I would need to call *********** to discuss my concerns and request a refund. I walked out to my car and called ***********. The representative stated they would contact the hotel to request approval for a refund. The hotel states that I was a no call/no show and refused to authorize a refund. I would avoid this unscrupulous, unsafe hotel as well as ***********!!

This place is abhorred! Arrived late & was tired. Got to my room & flipped on the bathroom light switch & there were about 6-7 cockroaches crawling on the wall. Of course, they all scurried away as soon as the light came on. I got a picture of one of them. Immediately went back to FD & said no way am I staying in a room with cockroaches. I am disputing this charge. For anyone needing a clean, comfortable, pest-free hotel room, do not go to this hotel!

never stay in this dirty hotel, terrible, a terrible hotel, it is not everything that is promoted with their pictures, the entire hotel is a dump, all the dirty areas inside the rooms everything is dusty, air conditioning does not work dirty bathrooms, deplorable furniture and beds and the main problem is that first they register you they make the charge or charge you and then they give you the keys and tell you that there is no type of refund and when you get to the rooms they are fatal, the worst hotel i have stayed in my life, *español* nunca te hospedes en esta porquería de hotel, terrible, un pésimo hotel, no es todo lo que se promocionan con sus fotografías, todo el hotel es un basurero, todas las áreas sucias dentro de las habitaciones todo está con polvo, aire acondicionado sin funcionar, baños sucios, muebles y camas deplorables y el principal problema es que primero te registran te hacen el cargo o el cobro y después te dan las llaves y te dicen que no hay ningún tipo de rembolso y cuando llegas a las habitaciones están fatales, el peor hotel que me he hospedado en mi vida,
