Parabéns a tudo. Me hospedei nos dias 17 e 18/12 e depois dia 29/12. Os funcionários super simpáticos e solicitos. O café da manhã super variado, e com comida de qualidade. Quarto com ótimo mobiliário novo, cama super confortável. Vc pode pegar um acesso e entrar direto no Center Shopping Uberlândia. Parabéns por ser pet friendly, fiquei tranquilo com meu cachorrinho Luke. Obrigado por fornecer tapete higiênico para meu pet. Melhorar a iluminação do banheiro, pois para minha esposa se maquiar faltou iluminação. Retornaremos em breve. Obrigado a todos os funcionários.

Voltando de férias em Santa Catarina, indo s Brasília, resolvemos descansar em Uberlândia... Os hotéis Confort sempre foram boas opções mas este precisa urgentemente uma mudança de gestão... O restaurante não funciona talvez pela pandemia, bem como a piscina... A comida tem que ser solicitada pelo Whatsapp do Hotel para ser consumida no quarto... as cervejas, só em lata, bem como os refrigerantes e em selfservice no freezer da recepção... Sentamos numas mesinhas perto da piscina onde haviam toldos para nos proteger da chuva... surpresa tivemos foi quando começou a chover o funcionário do Hotel foi retirar o toldo, nos deixando na chuva, sob alegação que os toldos poderiam estragar com chuva e vento... absurdo!!! Nunca mais... Evitem esse hotel em Uberlândia...

O hotel é muito bom, os quartos são espaços e limpos, com um café da manhã bom. Pessoal atencioso. Atenderam nossa solicitação de disponibilizar um quarto bem silencioso. Possui garagem ampla, porém, não coberta. Senti falta de uma Smart TV para acesso streaming para acessar a minha conta. O banheiro é bem limpo, com ducha muito boa, só que senti falta da touquinha de cabelo disponível no banheiro.

Olá, Na sexta-feira, dia 18 de março, liguei para o hotel e perguntei se eles tinha disponibilidade de quarto para o período do dia 21 ao dia 26 de março. O atendente (que realmente não lembro do nome) disse que tinha, mas apenas com duas camas de solteiros. Falei que não tinha problema, ele me passou o preço e pedi para efetuar a reserva. Inclusive perguntei se ele queria número de cartão e ele falou que a reserva seria paga no check-in. Pediu meu email e falou que iria encaminhar um email de confirmação da reserva. Hoje, domingo, dia 20 de março, véspera de viajar (viajo amanhã ás 6h da manhã), ainda não havia recebido o email de confirmação. Liguei para o hotel e depois de 35 minutos, isso mesmo, 35 minutos esperando, fui atendida pelo José. O José informou, muito tranquilamente, que NÃO TEM RESERVA !!! CHEGO AMANHÃ E NÃO TENHO RESERVA. O JOSÉ DISSE QUE O HOTEL TEM DISPONIBILIDADE ENTRE OS DIAS 21 E 22 E 24 E 25, OU SEJA, NO DIA ENTRE OS DIAS 23 E 24, NÃO TERIA ONDE FICAR HOSPEDADA. O José, disse, calmamente, também que não poderia me ajudar (nada a fazer). Então, o José solicitou que eu fizesse a reserva desses dias por email. Eu afirmei então, que ele precisaria fazer a reserva naquele momento e eu iria ficar esperando o email de confirmação. O José, mais uma vez, informou que eu precisaria mandar um email. Expliquei que não teria a menor confiança de que a minha reserva seria feita, analisando todo o histórico dos acontecimentos. O José, então, desligou o telefone da minha cara ! Continuo sem hospedagem e o hotel não resolveu em nada o erro gravíssimo dele, só piorando a situação.
