Ulasan Centara Ubon

Great service and accommodations. The hotel is new and located next to Central Shopping Mall which is convenient and easy to access.

Hands down the most luxurious hotel in Ubon Ratchathani. Having stayed in many Centara properties, this boutique has to be one the best Centara has to offer; apart from the Centara Reserve family which is a league of their own. Its location is convenient being next to the biggest mall in town. Transportation via taxi from the airport was easy, it should take you no longer than 15 minutes. Breakfast was phenomenal, they brought in the best Vietnamese rice noodle place the city has to offer. The service was almost on par with 5-star hotels, minus the concierge part obviously. However, if you are traveling in group and would like to request the joining of rooms, please inform them in advance as they don’t fill the connecting rooms very efficiently… it is all over the place with different guests. I suppose it can be quite packed at times.

New hotel next to Central in Ubon. Very nice restaurant and a good breakfast buffet. Large rooms and comfy.

Booked suite. Nice and spacious. However Drainage is not good in bathroom and toilet smells. Cleaning of room is very slow and late (3pm and it was still not done) eventhough we did not put "do not disturb". Location wise is excellent and the restaurant downstairs is also very good.

I'm sure the place started very nice and clean but our room wasn't that clean, from stains on the sofa to hair almost around everywhere. And it wasn't even an early check in! The shower and the water flow is definitely impressive! But that's pretty much it. I honestly didn't like how the staff working at the parking lot are just chilling and looking at the swimming pool all the time, it won't make any guests comfortable. The check out part is super slow and the staff looked unhappy telling us everything was fine in the room after some minutes of waiting.

Brilliant service, but there is a huge room of improvement in food quality. I mistrusted the Michelin Recommendations and gave a chance on the restaurant of the hotel. Food are unappetizing and unpalatable, the beef brisket was tasteless and dry. Charging us on a regular hotel-graded price, providing food worse than street foods. Really unacceptable.

black coffee is bad taste (possible to improve) and spent 2265 thb did not included breakfast (possible to improve the booking price)
