Hotel Ubon Ratchathani dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

-A Must stay in UB -Great rooms, service, facilities, value, etc. -Sunee hotel has an attached department store, restaurants, local food stalls AND a night market right next door.. wow!

Paid approx $24 Aus which included breakfast. The hotel is modern and bright. Clean and tidy. I stayed in the superior room which is standard I think. It was big and open with a small sofa. Bed was very comfortable and 2 pillows per person which I appreciate. Breakfast was a buffet. It had fruit, local Thai sweet and hot Thai dishes plus bread and jam. The dining room is very modern and relaxing. The staff throughout the hotel are very polite and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

Natsiri is a nice little oasis in the middle of Ubon. As this isn't a tourist town, the prices are reasonable. Overall, the place is quite nice, especially compared to the rural spots we've been in the past few days. The regular rooms are appropriately sized, and the beds a bit softer than many beds in Thailand (though for this Farang, they are still a bit hard, but workable). The one big oddity here is that a place this nicely built has steps up and down all over. Exit the elevator on your floor and there is a step down (my wife missed it the first time, despite the yellow tape on the floor). Step into your room and there's a step up. Step into your bathroom and there's a step down. Have the included breakfast and in the middle of the dining room there's a big step up. Go through the lobby area and if you go to the bathrooms there's a step up. Etc... The breakfast had quite a few options, including cheap ice cream. It was fine. Of course, the choices are all Thai. Overall, we recommend, especially at this price.

Great Hotel. Great staff. Joy in reception was very friendly and efficient both during phone communication and at check in. She had a warm and friendly welcome and smile. This was also true of all the many young staff working at the hotel and coffee shop. The coffee shop and hotel decor was bright and tasteful. The room was clean and very comfortable. No issues with noise as Joy allocated our room facing the rear, so no issues with traffic noise, as mentioned in other reviews. A soft comfortable bed with wonderful pillows. A great first stay experience.

Old hotel with good location. Near hospital and airport. Bed sheet still have dust, The bathroom has black stains but the water is strong. Other this, The air conditioner is cool and quiet good to sleep.

chose this hotel because it chose this hotel because it looked to be a newer Hotel. Very clean good air no coffee maker in the room flat screen television with very poor reception in only one English Channel I could find. Everyday I like to go for a long walk in the morning when I returned the second day from a 5-mile walk there was no water in the hotel I had to wait two hours to take a shower which was not pleasant. Value for money I still rate this a 3 out of 5. They did offer a free small buffet breakfast pretty much all Thai food but fresh coffee and toast three or four different tie items and rice and a small salad bar. Location I would rate this a 3 as well not much within walking distance.

We know Ubon well and would always recommend Excella. We stayed there in June 2022 over 2 separate occasions and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality. The breakfast is good (for a Thai hotel) and did have some variety in the small eating area at the front of the hotel. We loved the suite and family room (booked 2 separate rooms) and it provided everything we needed. Good access to free parking out the back makes this a convenient place to stay in Ubon. You should be aware, however, that is in a residential area to the north of the city (and not in the city centre).

We stayed in the hotel 2 nights and everything was great. Also the bed was really comfortable. The rooms are very clean and you have a lot of space. The fridge is working and you have hot water. If I would come back to ubon anytime I would book it again! Thanks a lot for the nice stay!

What a pleasant surprise to find such clean and comfortable accomodation combined with delightful staff in a budget hotel. I was genuinely blown after so many disappointments in erstwhile luxury properties at more than double this daily rate. It was the location which had 1st attracted my wife last year, as it suited her needs when flying in on business. Based on this we booked 3 nights. The property quiet due to the one block set back from major roads yet it's easy to access from all major cbd locations by car or taxi. Staff are young, attractive, very polite and ever so helpful. And that includes the housekeeping staff too... 5 star service! The rooms are modern, clean and suitably appointed for the class of hotel but what really stands out is the sleep quality. The mattress so soft and comfortable I slept better than in my own home. Many thanks to Erawan/Hop Inn properties for an enjoyable stay and we shall be seeing you again.
