A ROYAL experience !!! We stayed at Leela Palace, Udaipur for 2 nights as part of our trip here for our 25th wedding anniversary and what an amazing stay we had. Right from the welcome with rose petal showers as we walked in, the boat ride with accompanying live flute music, to the fantabulous arrangement in the room; Special mention about Mr Madhav Rathi, who was responsible for arranging everything in the room (cakes and cards to welcome us) and outside for us, was one of the most friendliest and accommodating staff we encountered. Even my last minute request for complimentary incense of the exclusive Leela fragrance, he sorted within few minutes. He is an A* staff for Leela Palace. T The room, deco, ambience, the environment, the early morning soothing music, world class cuisine by Mr Roopak, exemplary service from Mr Gaurav / Mr Ronak to name a few, the cleanliness and attention to detail, evening cultural events — a royal experience indeed. Definitely a place to visit again for a longer stay in future

An incredible experience. What a magnificent hotel. A very warm welcome from the lovely Sinran, who looked after us during our short stay. Sensational service whether it was at the pool, out on the lake, or in the fabulous restaurant. The wonderful concierge, could not do enough for us, truly an amazing experience. The sunset cruise was so perfect in every way and it enabled us to see all the splendour of Udaipur. The service was great. Very accommodating to a few special requests we had. The architecture and decor of the hotel are very cool and make you Feel like you are in a hotel from 100 years ago. And I mean that in a very good way. This is not some generic hotel. We had room 108, which is the floor above the lobby. The hotel is very quiet, which is why we picked it. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the tourist area, but just a short 5 minute walk away. The hotel is built almost flush to the water (like ***y buildings here), so it was nice to be able to sit on our balcony and have water right now and watch boats on the lake and thins on the other side. The hot water tanks for the shower are a bit small. My wife and I had to be a bit careful for that we could each have enough hot water for showers. This wasn’t particularly hard to deal with, but I do want to note that.

Absolute comfort and a pocket friendly one. Home away from home! Sitting on the shore of one of ***y lakes of Udaipur. Delicious food, especially POHA with eye pleasing view. The ambience was vibrant and lively. Excellent strategic location, helps you reach all the possible destinations of the city within minutes. Extremely helpful and cooperative staff. Right from the central reservations team Ms. Monika, to the hotel staff special mention to Mr. Mahendra assisting us with the travel and itinerary. All in all the journey to Udaipur was a memorable experience and the Keekoo hotel was a remarkable and prominent part of the journey being memorable.
