The room was quite spacious. I requested an extra bed, and they set it up very well! The fitness center is excellent, and it's very close to Central. Finding food is easy, and it's not too far from the airport. The staff are lovely, and the hotel is huge!

Very nice stay! Hotel is situated right next to the central mall. Clean room and friendly staff. Will book again. Highly recommend.

The hotel is a bit old but very well-maintained. The staff are friendly, and the location is convenient with the bus terminal and train station nearby. A large shopping mall is right next door. Breakfast was excellent.

Location is superb. Lobby’s looking great but the room is very old need renovation asap. Towels is unacceptable but the hotel did change later. Dust found beneath the side-bed table. The shower tap is malfunctioning in both room, you need to adjust the water temperature every few seconds. Staffs were nice, friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located near a mall. The staff provides good service and the rooms are clean. Parking is a bit hard to find, but there's always a security guard to help. I've stayed here many times, it's my go-to safe haven every time I visit Udon Thani.

I visited Centara Hotel again, but this time I was disappointed. The cleanliness was not great, especially under the bed... The bed felt damp, perhaps due to high humidity. The bathroom also showed a lot of wear and tear.

A really great hotel in the area! It's super convenient, right next to the central plaza. I originally thought it would just be an okay place for one night, but it completely exceeded my expectations! Excellent! The hotel isn't brand new, but it's very well-maintained, a true classic establishment!

I stayed here on my birthday. They surprised me with a fruit platter inside my room. It was so sweet! Everytime I’m in Udon Thani, I always stay here because it’s just beside Centara Udon which is very convenient :)

Centara Udon is in a very good location in the heart of Udon Thani, directly connected to Central Udon. The room looks a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, with just a few minutes' walk to the shopping mall. Overall, a good choice for both business and leisure stays.
