Really nice hotel with a great view. The windows could be cleaned but other than that it's perfect for the price.

Service was the highlight of the stay. The staff went out of their way to ensure every guest felt welcome. From arranging airport transfers to providing recommendations for local dining and tours, their genuine friendliness made the experience feel personal. They greeted us with warm smiles every morning and remembered small details about our preferences, which left a lasting impression.

Dirty room. Smelly AC. Secluded place, pitch black after hours. Extremely annoying keycard activated room power that also turns off fridge if you remove keycard.

Toilet beditte is leaking. Cups for coffee was not qashed from previous user :( Floor in the room and hall ways are dusty and dirty

Overall is good, The price is good, but the hall way Super noisy and room not voice proof at all Still heard people noises around late night 2-3am

Wonder why I did not see any realistic reviews here before booking. If it seems too good to be true it probably is. At this price point don’t expect tooth brushes or mold free shower. Decent service did make up for it but if you can splurge a few more hunnid bills for a newer and quieter place that doesn’t seem ******* & doesn’t have motorcycle sounds & barking all night long then you should do so.

I like the hotel because it’s not far from the city center, has a parking area, and offers a big room to accommodate family members.

The room is a bit dark because of dim lighting, and there seems to be quite a lot of trash in the parking area. I would appreciate it if these could be addressed.

It seems that the hotel needs repairs. It looks old and neglected.

This is my fourth time staying at B2 Hotel. This time, I stayed for five nights, from November 24 to 29. The hotel often has issues with its Wi-Fi system, and I had to ask them to renew it daily by sending a message through their Line app. Overall, the experience was okay. The nightly room rate is approximately 600 baht or more, depending on the booking. I stayed in a Triple Room. On our last night, my son accidentally dropped a small amount of paint on the mattress—just a few drops that could easily be washed out. However, the hotel charged me 900 baht for this, which I think is excessive. If the stain couldn’t be removed, I would understand the charge, but it could easily be cleaned with detergent. Despite this, they still charged the high fee, which was very disappointing. The service was also quite poor, especially customer service. The front office staff needs more training to be attentive to details. I stayed here mainly because of its convenient location near my workplace, but I won’t be coming back again.
