Free pick- up airport was perfect. Staff is very friendly. Location is ok. Room is spacy and clean but bathroom really not hygeanic: old kit and not looking fresh. Breakfast ok. Price is competative.

My room was totally renovated. The washroom was very impressive. Best hot water shower I ever had in Thailand. Lobby and hallways dated but the room was a good surprise. Breakfast was very good and worth it. It's not in the thick of things but walkable everywhere in town, 10-15 minutes to everything.There was one English movie channel and one English news channel on the cable t.v. Nearest 7-11 was by the bus station. A short walk. For the price it's worth it.

Friendly staff, large rooms and a fairly good location. Breakfast was nice, fairly basic but reflected in the price.

Invited my family to join the UD Festival and we all stayed at the Charoen, needless to say it was well appreciated

I stay here often and i like it a lot… From the Reception staff, to the cleaners, they are so lovely and helpful

All the staff here are friendly and helpful, including room cleaning staff. There is a spacious parking lot

Old fashioned but ok for 1 or 2 nights. Breakfast ok. Very strict about the 2pm. Check in. After a 6 hour motorbike tour in 40C you just want to take a shower and not wait 2 hour in the lobby. Next time another hotel

Everything great we enjoy their rooms very clean and air conditioner. Good working.

Koh Samui in southern Thailand has many attractions, sea, waterfalls, good food to explore and friendly people.

Location is ok walking distance, at night can’t sleep motorcycle noise , room near to road or swimming pool view, don’t take ,at night alot motorcycles noise till morning 🥹,room number 423 don’t take this room very seriously noise because near to main road

Decent hotel but have seen better days. It’s a bit dated. However, location wise it good and many places to eat in the area. You can even walk to central plaza

Closely located near the city center. Lots of parking spots. Good breakfast options
