The towels smelled damp and musty, and the mattress had dust mites.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Most attractions are just a short 2km drive away, which is incredibly convenient. There's also a Big C supermarket right across from the hotel. The staff were very helpful, and the facilities are well-equipped.

The room was clean and centrally located. It was convenient for getting around, and being close to many restaurants made finding food easy.

It was good and offered decent value for money. The room was quiet, comfortable for sleeping, and clean. However, I was on the 4th floor, in the very last room, and the Wi-Fi didn't reach there.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always on hand to assist. There's a minimart conveniently located right in front of the hotel, and it's easy to find food options nearby.
