Xenophobic Hotel, foreigners not allowed. My wife went in to hear if they had a room while I waited in the car. They did, so my wife came out to get me to have a look at the room. As soon as I stepped inside the hotel, the receptionist told my wife they did not allow foreigners. Probably afraid of Covid-19, which she should be, but why single people out based on race? I have been in Thailand for 10 years and have not even been outside Udon Thani for over a year or so, yet she accepts Thai travelers coming from virus infected Bangkok and elsewhere? Very shortsighted and prejudice. All she had to do was to ask where I had been lately, or is she so xenophobic or racist that she couldn't even be bothered to ask? Gladly, I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else in Thailand. Udon Thani have several good hotels. Go there, anywhere, just not here.

After 4 hour drive we were pleased to arrive to the hotel where we have stayed before. The quality of the rooms is excellent and the staff at the front desk charming and helpful. However having decided to eat in the restaurant we were very disappointed. Our food came out very slowly, and rice did not arrive for 20 minutes after the main courses did. 2 orders didn’t arrive at all. Then when one did it was wrong and then again it arrived wrong. This was at least 90 minutes after us first ordering. Completely spoilt our evening before going for a walk for which we were too late and before a long following day to work for the charity which we support. We’re very sad and frustrated.

Gorgeous boutique hotel. Near a large food court and a mini mall. Comes alive with nearby night market. Rooms are spacious, and quality toiletries are given. Breakfast is not a buffet spread, but you can order off a menu. The food is really good, especially their Moco toast.

Stayed for one night, booked through Agoda ( cheaper than hotel price) Was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was for the price Good size rooms , nice bathroom, recently refurbished Breakfast was to order due to Covid virus, but very good service, tea, coffee, orange juice, water, with eggs, ham sausage, toast, jam and a plate of melon to finish Location is just round the corner from Central Plaza. Turn right out of hotel, not left, much quicker ( 5 minutes walk ), with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area too Normally stay at Centara hotel, but was glad to find this hotel, will use this on my next visits, which I hope will be soon

I booked a double superior room with breakfast at the Paradise hotel for a night out in Udon Thani in December 2019. The hotel is tucked away down a quiet side road and was roughly a 5 minute tuk tuk drive away from the mall and the main bar area. There is ample parking at the premises and first impressions were that it was a little older looking than the internet pictures but not bad. Check in was very swift and within 5 minutes we were in our room. I have to say that the room was quite stylish, better than expected for the price and with a small balcony over looking a neat pool. The reason I knocked a star off my review scoring was that unfortunately although the hotel says 'no smoking rooms' the room smelt of stale cigarette smoke. Room servicing must have noticed this and actions such as washing the curtains should have been taken. That said although we weren't impressed It didn't ruin our stay and I would book this hotel again but would inspect the room first! Other facilities at the hotel included a gym and a bar which looked very inviting with a pianist playing but we didn't get a chance to sample a drink there. The breakfast was simple and freshly cooked. I had my favourite basil chicken, fried egg and rice with coffee and it was of a good standard. All of the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. We paid a very good rate for the Paradise hotel and it is a good budget choice for the city!

Amazing service. The manager is such a nice man. He always greets guests and asks how their stay is and if there is anything he or his staff can do to be helpful. All of the staff are super friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms are always very clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast buffet is good. Location is excellent. This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. I will always stay here each time I return to Udon Thani. Thank you to the manager and all of the hotel staff for always making me feel welcomed and happy during my stays here.

Pada mulanya, hotel ini menempah jenis bilik yang salah, tetapi bahasa Inggeris pelayan adalah ok Setelah berkomunikasi selama 2 jam dan melaporkannya kepada perkhidmatan pelanggan perjalanan, perkhidmatan pelanggan perjalanan berjaya menyelesaikan masalah bilik yang salah , walaupun tidak berkesan Bilik itu kemas dan bersih , masa pembersihan pada sebelah petang agak lama, mungkin mengambil masa yang lebih lama untuk mengemas apabila anda kembali selepas keluar.

PPengguna TetamuThis is the fourth time staying at the Pannarai hotel in UdonThani. Once again we were not disappointed, hotel is in a good location for bars, restaurants and night life. Good value, in Europe a hotel of this quality you have have to pay 3-4 times as much. Staff very helpful, good English spoken and the staff are very polite, smart and cheerful. Buffet breakfast is excellent with many choices for a person to choose from. The rooms are modern, fresh appearance and are of a high standard. Having stayed here previously, if the price is right it's a big yes every time when in UdonThani.

TThomazThe best things about this hotel is providing good bed. That is absolutely what we want to stay at hotel. Hotel gives modern and comfy ambiance, they have mini swimming pools, gymnasium and sauna rooms as well. Interior design is quite nice, they focus on and details about what customers needs. Staffs are totally friendly and attentive to all customers.

PPengguna TetamuIt’s quite far from airport, on the other side of airport vicinity do after having ridden about 5km , I stay on the room on ground floor with view of pool,the window cane looked thtilough do need blackout curtain. Room facilities are ok for stay with comforts, including electric kettle, hairdryer, small fridge, cloth closet,flatscreenedTV , highspeed wifi , instant coffee; one disadvantage is slippery floor, too high waterpower showerso the floor wet easily. Plenty of power oulets and USB ports for charging. Breakfast is served st the bar and restuarant at front buiding with eide selections of food. One plus is free shuttle from hotel to the airport, just inform tge front desk in advance.

OOn The Road AgainThis hotel was good enough that I stayed in for two additional night mainly for its location, comfortable bed and decent internet. Be aware that my bathroom was very small and the shower door was broke. The hotel needs some renovation for sure. Long 14 meter pool was nice.

FFoo Sze WongReceptionist spoke conversational English and helpful but had to pay a small deposit for an extra key card when I left mine in the room. Room was clean and bed sheets fresh and clean. I used to sanitise the toilet seat myself and this time noticed a few drops of yellow liquid on the back of the porcelain bowl, purportedly some urine, I think.. Other than this everything else was nice and clean. Free breakfast was nice and plentiful. The coffee selection variety from the machine was generous and plentiful.

PPengguna TetamuI've stayed at this hotel many times over the years. A beautiful, excellent hotel, and also reasonably priced. Room is large, with comfy beds. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful. However, except for son of the boss, the rest of the staffs were not able to speak much English. Luckily I could speak some Thai. A note of improvement for the hotel is to have kettles in the room, or better yet, have hot & cold/warm water dispenser on either each floor, or ground floor, or alternate floors, rather than having to go to the lobby to get hot water from the thermos (and there are biscuits there too, in case one feels like munching something - very thoughtful of the hotel!). A minor shortcoming is that the room is a bit dim for reading (even though the eyes can get used to it after some time). I've spoken to the son of the owner about this though.

PPengguna TetamuIt's an ok hotel for the location and price, room was acceptable. If you're staying for a couple of nights in UD town area, it's fine...not sure they do any breakfast there but plenty of places to eat locally. Staff were friendly and helpful, I just always wonder why they ask for a cash deposit at hotel when you pay by card and always make you wait until they check your room before you leave. I always book online.

CCharlie51MHotel located in a small lane quiet residential area close to all tourist attractions & many small eateries, big C mini mart within walking distance. Only took 20min by grab from airport caused 170baht as airport limousine service will easily cause 300baht. Hotel room big nicely furnished & decorated. Was surprised at such value pricing ironing board & safe box also provided. Only short coming is the safe box in my room was broken. There is also a open air balcony with small glass round table for smokers. Will definitely choose this hotel if I'm visiting Udon Thanni again.

PPengguna Tetamuกลับจากเวียงจันทน์มา รอขึ้นเครื่องกลับกรุงวันรุ่งขึ้น เลยหาที่พักใกล้ๆ สนามบิน ก็ได้ที่นี่ ที่เข้าโครงการเราเที่ยวฯ ด้วย จะได้เอาไปลดค่าตั๋วบินได้อีก ห้องพักสะอาด แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ กลางคืนเงียบสงบมาก ไม่ได้ยินเสียงรถวิ่งผ่านเลยทั้งที่ติดถนนใหญ่ โรงแรมดูโบราณแต่ไม่เก่าและสะอาดดี คุณป้าผู้ดูแลดูเข้มงวด ไม่ยิ้มแย้มต้อนรับเท่าไหร่ แต่ก็ให้บริการดีตามสมควร สายๆ อีกวัน Check-out เดินไปสนามบิน 20 นาทีสบายๆ
