Great for 1 or 2 days max. Great restaurant near and train. Overall good for short stay.

The room is very good.

All the staff were friendly and the location is great👍 However, even though it was a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes, so I had to keep the window open the whole time. ㅠㅠ They said it was a non-smoking room... and they mentioned that cigarette smoke might come up from above and below... but the problem was that it was just too strong. Aside from the cigarette smell, I am satisfied with everything else.

I booked through Trip.com, but it was listed as *******. The accommodation representative said they couldn't verify the booking and told me to call Trip.com to check directly. I had to go through quite a hassle calling them to confirm and then connecting them to a hotel employee. It seemed both Trip.com and the hotel need to improve their systems to avoid customer inconvenience. The location is excellent. I was generally satisfied with the facilities, and it was nice to be able to have coffee and tea. Although the facilities and everything else were good, there was a smell of cigarettes. Also, while the shampoo bottle was full, the pump seemed broken; no matter how many times I pressed it, nothing came out.

It is near Homeplus and close to the light rail. I make a reservation here whenever I go to Uijeongbu. I like that I can drink free brewed coffee~

I went with my child and it was comfortable and nice. Since it was the Chuseok holiday, they gave us a free room upgrade, which made me feel like I was upgrading my mood as well.

Still quite satisfied. The sanitary conditions are okay and the hotel facilities are a bit old, but overall I am very satisfied. The hotel has a lot of free coffee and ice cubes, and a lot of drinks are given away.

The location is good, very close to the subway station, and there is a large supermarket next to the subway. Although the hotel room is small, it is clean and has complete facilities, including a bathtub and electric blankets in winter. The front desk was easy to communicate with, there was free coffee downstairs and free snacks in the room. The only drawback is that when the ventilation of the bathroom in other rooms is turned on, this room will have high-frequency noise, which will affect the rest especially in the middle of the night. I hope it can be improved.

It wasn't bad for a motel in Uijeongbu, but it was a little disappointing.

I tried to make a reservation for a trip for the first time, but the trip itself was annoying. My first plan was to make a reservation near Jamsil, but there was no place for a family of 4. So I looked further and saw that it was close to Jamsil, so I clicked on it and the interior and room condition looked good, so I made a purchase reservation and it turned out to be Uijeongbu. I was in Gyeongnam. Since I'm from Yangsan, I thought Uijeongbu was Seoul, but it turned out to be Gyeonggi-do. I was so mad. I tried to cancel, but the hotel said it couldn't cancel, which made me even more upset the second time. In the end, I couldn't go because my travel itinerary was messed up, but the lodging company didn't even check if the guest had checked in, so I got annoyed for the third time. That's why I can't say anything good about this. More than 250,000 won of my money was lost. I will never use Trip again, and I will say this once again: Please quickly correct the location and the number of kilometers near the chosen business!!

It was quiet and check-in was at 2 o'clock, but I was able to kindly check in even though I went at 12 o'clock. Overall, I was satisfied enough to want to stay again. I 100% intend to purchase it again for my next business trip to Uijeongbu.
