Ulasan Holiday Inn Ulaanbaatar, an IHG Hotel

The hotel looked like the photos and breakfast was good. The restaurant waitstaff was attentive and polite. The location was ok too. My issue was that I booked this hotel specifically because it had a/c. But my room’s a/c was broken for my entire 5 night stay. No one seemed to care or understand why this was a problem. Each hotel employee told me a different reason for the broken a/c. No one tried to fix it though. I was very upset about the lack of a/c. I could’ve stayed at a hotel without a/c for half the price! This is not what I expect from an international brand.

Very decent hotel. Only issue is they do not turn on the central aircon for heating and only depend on the heater, which can be quite cold sometimes during this period of time. Suggestion to the hotel, get your hotel listed on UB cab so that the service can locate your hotel! It's s shame your hotel couldn't be located on the app!

Holiday Inn located in a walking distance to downtown and many museum. The hotel is fairly new and had a great gym with all the equipment you needed. Check in and out is fast and smooth. Wifi is good if you can connected it , unfortunately I experienced numerous time the user name and password not correctly connect and need to run down to the front desk for assistance

Overall, the hotel is a good experience.

第三次來烏蘭巴託，以前都是住在廣場附近，第一次來這邊。酒店非常贊，服務滿意，超級暖和。前台還給贈送了早餐，nice。房間乾淨明亮，健身房應有盡有，樓下就是coffee bene.幫忙預約出租車，很周到。周圍有韓國餐廳，中國餐廳，印度餐廳，本地餐廳，無所不在的便利店，滿足各種胃。

最近入住了這家酒店，真的被它的乾淨程度驚艷到了!從大廳到房間，每一個角落都打掃得一塵不染。床鋪整潔，用品全新，感覺特別放心。衞生間更是亮堂堂的，沒有任何異味。在這樣的環境裏住宿，心情都變好了呢!強烈推薦給注重衞生的朋友們~

酒店樓下就是景點，不遠處也有便利店和飯店，距離機場的話也不是特別遠，位於烏蘭巴託城市西側，可以避免市內的交通擁堵。整體環境上還是不錯的，比較乾淨整潔。

위치는 징기스칸 광장에서 1.5km 정도 떨어져 있어 중심가 걸어서 가는데 약간 시간이 걸림 그것빼곤 신축건물이라 방도 넓고 시설도 쾌적함 직원들도 친절 한국말 하는 매니저도 있슴

還行吧，位置一般，韓國人多，韓國人還錢方便，不收人民幣。去蒙古一定要買當地電話卡！切記切記！這家衞生可以。當天下午2點才能住，提前兩小時住要你30%的房費，這個不感受不是太好。
