Hotel di Ulaanbaatar

The rooms are excellent with great bathrooms. The food food is very delicious with good room service as late as midnight with a wonderful selection. Breakfast is excellent too. Although the room was good size and clean, the air conditioner or fan did keep me awake all night on both times I stayed there. I asked room service, they said someone would come to sort out but unfortunately they never did and so I couldn’t sleep each time - for light sleepers like me, this could be a problem . But overall, I would still stay here again

When we arrived they directed us to a Twin rather than the Superior King we booked. They did not inform us they had switched rooms on us - they just decided to do that. I went downstairs to clarify and they falsely claimed that I hadn't confirmed. I pointed out to them the confirmation letter. They brought us to a King. They stated that the room we booked was under construction. I continued to insist on the Superior King with the fireplace which we booked for our anniversary. They told us that now there were none available. They offered us a free stay the next night but we informed them that today was our anniversary and we had a babysitter for our two young kids only that night. After half an hour I suggested a substantial discount instead. After an hour I said to just give us the standard King and we would resolve these issues the next day. Our anniversary and one night away together was spoiled because at that point it was 10 PM. It was far too late to call down to reception and ask them how to get the TV working, since they didn't give us instruction at the time. The fitted sheet was improperly installed and kept coming off all night. We could never figure out how to turn on the light switches on the bed. We couldn't turn on the AC and the room was so hot we had to open the window. The hot water was sometimes on and sometimes off. The bathtub fixtures were coming off the wall (pictured). There was a huge amount of standing water after taking a shower because it leaks out the side. It's impossible to turn the shower off and the tub on. There were loud people yelling in the hallway until 2 AM. The walls were so thin that we were woken up by talking at 730 AM. This rather defeats the purpose of a hotel as a place to sleep. We were so disgusted we checked out early. After waiting for an hour for the manager who spoke English, we were then informed that there were actually no room with a fireplace, despite it clearly showing up on the website and our booking. The website continues to show this fireplace a few days later. As we were checking out they contacted our Booking agency and falsely claimed that we had cancelled in an attempt to forego a review. The breakfast was decent. The bed was soft and comfortable. The room was clean. After everything they gave us a 10% discount.

I have traveled to many places far and wide, and NEVER expected to have one of the finest hotels I have every stayed in be in Mongolia! As part of my Mongolian Luxury Tours, I had THREE opportuinities to stay at the Blue Sky (arrival, return from Gobi desert, return from Western Mongolia) and each time was superb. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms, service, and friendliness made each stay very wonderful and welcoming. You can not go wrong with this hotel. It is GREAT!!!

Céntrico hotel, con amplias habitaciones, muy cómodas las camas. Nos alojamos en dos ocasiones en nuestro último viaje, comprobando dos esquemas de habitación diferentes, ambos espaciosos y confortables. Mucho mobiliario auxiliar. TV de gran tamaño. Baño con ducha (con hidromasaje) separada de la bañera. Como punto negativo, hay luces que no funcionan. Probamos el bufet de desayuno y cenamos un día, todo correcto.

저렴해서 한국손님들이 많이 들어갑니다. 요근대비 만족합니다. 카드키가 안되는경우가 많습니다. 새벽에 도착해서 자는데 한국인 아재들이 새벽 5시부터 문 열어놓고 시끄럽게 짐싸고 떠들어서 잠을 설쳤어요 아재들요 제발 매너좀 지킵시다. 방은 담배 냄새가 찌든방이 있고 냄새 안나는 방이 있으니 냄새가 심하면 바꿔달라고 하세요. 저는 새벽에 도착해서 너무 늦어서 그냥 잤는데 두통이 올 정도로 찌든냄새가 아주 심합니다.

Very clean and kneat hotel. Polite staff. Very good breakfast. İt is located on the highway to the UlaanBaatar airport. I liked this hotel and would always stay there. The price is adequite and quite appropriate.

I stayed 11th floor with amazing view 6th floor restaurant provides order made breakfast with great coffee All facility was good, new and clean Big screen TV and stylish rocking chair was so comfy Location was great with airport shuttle, Emart City center was all walkable distance All staff were friendly and great Eng. Stayed here 3 different times while on a tour of Mongolia. Staff at front desk are friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable but air conditioning was very cold and could not adjust so finally had to just turn it off. Hotel is in great location a block from the big square and close to a large mall and cashmere store on the corner and another across the street. (Note: entrance to the mall is on second floor from the cashmere store on the corner outside of hotel and to the right). I had one major issue- I turned on my “do not disturb” light when we left for the day and when I returned that evening the light was off and my room had been made up. I advised the tour guide who said something to the front desk person and she responded that the room had only been entered to leave new bottles of water - so I guess if you have the do not disturb sign on they still enter to leave water? It was upsetting because they never addressed the issue of making up the room. The other two times we were only there for a night and things were OK. Room had amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion as well as coffee and tea, but bring your own washcloth if you are used to using one. Also room has a safe. Breakfast buffet was good but not wonderful but it was the best we had out of all of the other places we stayed while in Mongolia. Hotel can also provide airport pick up and return for a fee if you contact them and advise arrival time and number of people and suitcases. Hotel is located about a one hour drive in normal traffic from airport and 20-30 min longer in heavy traffic.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, checking in late on the first night and leaving very early in the morning off the second night. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with decent wifi. The staff were excellent - helpful and thoughtful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. If i am lucky enough to get back to Ulaanbaatar I will stay there again. There was one person in particular - the lady that worked the front desk on the night of Mar 7th into early morning Mar 8th (I didn't get her name unfortunately) - that stood out. She was an outstanding member of your staff and a wonderful ambassador for Ramada Hotels. Keep up the great work!
