房間很大，但是設施太差，裝修是九十年代的風格，紅色絨布的沙發，壁紙開膠，馬桶沖力很小，嚴重掛壁，淋浴頭銹的厲害，房間的蚊香竟然不是電蚊香，給了一截點火的蚊香，還沒有蚊香插頭 房間也沒有火柴，晚上去前台要了火柴才點着蚊香。
不過枕頭是蕎麥枕，床墊硬度還好，就是有些塌陷。
酒店位置不錯，在市中心 買東西很方便，如果希望來這裏遊玩，看星空 ，不建議住在市中心。

朋友介紹，網上訂的富士酒店（維多利廣場店）豪華親子間，到前台小姐姐非常的熱情，介紹了很多的當地美食。帶着寶貝拿了很多的東西，保安主動幫拿東西送到房間，心裏特別的熱乎。一進房間兩個寶貝高興極了，爭着玩滑梯，房間裝修比較現代，特別好的是，洗澡乾濕分離，有小童用的牙具，還多要了兩雙小童拖鞋和幾瓶水，服務員送的非常的快。早餐人挺多的，吃的不錯。特別的推薦酒店位置非常的棒，在餐飲一條街的中間。邊上有個烤肉館，味道那叫一個地道，哈哈！這裏竟然是集寧的簋街。

第一次通過攜程預訂，確認的很快，還有優惠！酒店設施挺新，住的很舒服，尤其是床墊特別舒服，對於外出睡不好的人太友好了，衞生間是乾濕分離的，洗澡也是恆温的，比較人性化，酒店位置也好，出門婁底就有飯店，早點啥的，出行很方便！前台服務也好，房間放了倆瓶水，前台主動給水，別的酒店都是要，總體感覺很好，來集寧耍的可以考慮他家

The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sparse, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher.

JJames EdwardBooked in here by mistake 😂 (i took a train to Shangdu, which is not the same place as Xanadu!! (Its about 4 hours away)… the hotel is gorgeous though; huge, modern rooms and a great breakfast too. Watched a midnight storm through the huge floor to ceiling windows. One of those high end gems you find in China because they have the money to build places such as this. I probably wont come back to Shangdu again (although it does break up the train journey from Hohhot to the real Xanadu) but if i do, its an obvious, top grade option. Lovely staff too, who helped me with my train bookings.

而鄒經理的服務更是一大亮點。預訂後就提前與我溝通，入住時熱情相迎，對我的各種需求都迅速回應並妥善解決，無論是出行建議還是餐飲安排，都處理得恰到好處，讓我盡享貼心關懷。其他工作人員也都態度親切，服務周到。
這是一家無可挑剔的酒店，我強烈推薦給大家。若有機會再次出行至此，我定會再次選擇它，相信它也會給更多人帶來難忘的住宿體驗。

LLanponiangerer酒店大堂華麗，遺憾的是我們分到了後樓房間，雖然後樓叫做貴賓樓，實際上是一進大堂黑黢黢一片既沒有工作人員也沒有開燈，我們叫了幾遍服務員也無人應聲，衹好臊眉搭眼的摸黑上樓，摸黑進了房間，房間內的床品之差不敢恭維床頭掉皮，枕頭有味發黑，傢俱陳舊……唯一的優點就是🚿花灑不錯。希望能與酒店的名字相符才好。
