4 star hotel by all means A bit noisy during my stay No city view, just a building opposite of my window

The hotel was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Some instructions were not clear about parking on the reservation info or even at the desk but we managed to find it online. It’s located in central Ulsan, however is a bit far from Ulsan train station.

Horrible experience! If you are planning on staying here and have a car, be very careful. Their parking lot is always full and you will have to park a few blocks away. Very inconvenient. Also if you request a late checkout they will only give you if you pay an additional fee which was outrageous. They have no customer service whatsoever. They really need to look up the work Hospitality and start providing that to all there guest. Hopefully they resolve these issues soon!

Good location and facilities, stayed over the weekend on this trip and the ground floor cafe was closed until 7pm on the Saturday

톡으로 사전 체크인하고 방문하여 방키를 간단하게 수령할 수 있었습니다. 삼산동 번화가에 있어서 걸어서 주변의 모든 시설을 이용할 수 있습니다. 깔끔한 방에서 편하게 숙면하고 왔습니다. 주차는 지하에 자리가 없어서 근처 예식장으로 안내받아서 주차 했습니다. 산책하듯이 잠시 걸으면 되는 거리였습니다.

フロントのスタッフがとても落ち着いた雰囲気で　気持ちよく過ごせました すぐ近くにコンビニもあり便利です 部屋も綺麗に掃除されていました 居心地の良いホテルでした

울산 여행하며 가볍게 묵기 딱좋아요. 위치좋고 시설 깔끔하고 그에비해 가격은 너무 저렴하네요. 있을거 다 있고 서비스도 좋았습니다!

결혼식때문에 친구랑 각자 다른 지역에 모여 투숙했습니다 울산 중심에 있어 쇼핑과 먹거리가 많아 아주 편리한 곳이라고 생각합니다 그러나 여긴 중심가에 위치해서 그런가 주차비가 발생하네요 1룸에 차량 1대만 5000 원 부과 2번째 차량 1일1만원에 비용이 발생해서 2일 투숙에 주차비만3 만원 !!!! 안전을 생각해서 그냥 주차했지만 다음엔 생각좀 해야할거 같아요
