I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Although the entrance / reception is a little hard to find inside the pub, the room itself was great. An older building well looked after and very clean - I’m quite picky! Great amenities available in room eg water, bread, milk, toaster. My only negative was that my desk had no chair giving me nowhere to sit if eating. Bathroom is also a good size and clean shower with good shower pressure. A lovely gentleman helped me check in and went above and beyond which I appreciated. A little nosy on the road but didn’t mind too much, if people are eating outside at the pub they are quite loud. AC worked wonderfully!

This hotel room is located on the second floor above a bar, a gambling establishment, and a karaoke venue. It is also connected to an extremely old, crumbling apartment building. The music from the apartment (and other rooms) is particularly loud, continuing almost every day until around 4 am, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Consequently, I had no choice but to finish work early and sleep for a few hours in the evening, before starting super noisy around 10:00 pm, all three days in October 2025. Just because it's cheap, you absolutely must not choose this hotel (or rather, this nap spot).

The downstairs bar was a bit noisy and there's no elevator. However, the service was very welcoming.

Hygiene: Quite average, there is no comparison with domestic ones; Environment: First of all, the area is super small, with a bed and a wardrobe, and there is basically no space to move around. Secondly, the bathroom is less than 1 square meter, separated by a curtain, which is outrageously narrow. Then there is the sleeping situation. If you are the kind of person who can fall asleep even if you beat gongs and drums, you can enter without a brain. But it is not recommended for ordinary people. First of all, the downstairs is a bar, KTV and teahouse. The music will not stop before 3 o'clock every night. I communicated with the front desk, and they did turn down the music, but it is impossible to turn it off, so I fell asleep at 3 o'clock every morning. In addition, Friday and Saturday are carnival nights, and the people downstairs will sing until 1 o'clock in the morning. This cannot be stopped. In other words, they don't care about your life or death. Whether you can fall asleep is not within their consideration. Although the bed is 1.5 meters or 1.8 meters, it is not integrated. It is 2 small beds put together, so there is a clear sense of division in the middle, and the sleeping feeling is very poor! Service: The attitude of the hotel front desk is okay, and they kindly told me that it would be much cheaper to take an Uber taxi than a taxi. Here is a piece of advice to all Chinese people: If you take a taxi, the fare depends on the conscience of the driver. If he is conscientious, he will charge the normal fee or a little more. If he wants to cheat you, you can't escape (an Indian driver charged me 130 Australian dollars for a 20-minute journey!). It is recommended to only take the taxi of white or Chinese people. Facilities: Nothing to say, nothing remarkable.

It's nice because it's close to the exhibition hall.

The hotels in Sydney, Australia are generally quite satisfactory, and you need to do Check-In on the isolated bar. Breakfast is just bread, biscuits, milk and other food, don't expect it.
